Their ETA was 1 1/2 to 2 hours, which was understandable given the distance and timing. However, 2 1/2 hours later they had not showed up and it was then after midnight. I called their direct line 3-4 times. They did not answer, and their voice mail box was full. Luckily we were able to get another tow, much quicker. The Boys Roadside had ZERO customer service for my awful dilemma. I would give them zero stars or even try to take away stars from them if Yelp would allow it. DO NOT USE THEM!!

They charged me $500.00 to put the parts on, cash again. So I paid them $1,200.00. When I had 300 miles on the car I checked the oil. They didn't change it but put a new sticker on the windshield. They kept my 5 gallons of oil and a new GM filter. I wonder if they used my quality AC Delco brake parts on their vehicle and put on some junk? I called and asked for a receipt and Chris went off on me saying he doesn't give receipts for cash. What a dishonest jerk. I finally got a receipt for the fuel line and caliper.
