Mr. S from Warrior Wraps responded to my review. I'm not sure who "Mr. S" is. I gave Warrior Wraps a bad review for several reasons. 1. I paid Warrior Wraps to do a job they did not deliver on. 2. They left dirty foot prints on my seats and mats. 3. They took too long the first time to do the job. 4. The second time around took them too long to correct their first hack job. 5. They parked my boat under a tree without the cover on leaving dust and debris in my boat which took me 3 hours to clean up. 6. I had to take off work to go to their shop and raise hell to get answers of what was taking so long to finish my boat. 7. Warrior Wraps says they re-wrapped my boat the second time "free of charge"!? I should have never had to take the boat back in the first place so, what else what it be but free to fix their hack job. 8. Warrior Wraps did not call me for updates or show any type of professionalism throughout the entire process. They took my money, tried to pass off poor workmanship, took too long, left the interior of my boat dirty TWICE, and the only thing they can say is they offered to detail my boat. 9. Who gets back their car, boat, motorcycle, whatever dirty? 10. No thanks!

Warrior Wraps is a top notch business and they do amazing work in a very fast manner. I had another company make promises they could not keep and Warrior Wraps saved the day! Let's start with the service. The front desk staff are very polite. Answered the phone with a smile I could hear and did everything they could to assist me over the phone. I walked in the back parking lot and was greeted by an installer than really knew his stuff and have great recommendations and reasonable pricing for my car. I wanted my front lip, side mirrors, and spoiler wrapped black. I expected it to be a long turn around time however I was able to get my car serviced the same day. Who does that anymore? Great stuff. From start to finish Warrior Wraps saved the day and when I decide to get my side stripes and tires done they will be the first I call.

Clean. All lights removed. All fixtures removed. Two wheels removed. But still a messy, mis-measured wrap.

We have had Warrior Wraps do multiple jobs for us. The first one, they didn't do well right out of the gate, but after two returns, they were able to get it right. In all, our business has had seven vehicle wraps done by three different companies. Were we still in SLC, we would have had these last three done right, but we opted for Warrior Wraps as for the first job, we really liked Carlos (no longer there) and for the second/third jobs, we really felt Izzy would get the job done right. We also very much like their designer; he's a pro and wants everything to be perfect. The second wrap was a very difficult motorcycle trailer that they had to re-do three times, but was still never satisfactory. See photos to understand why. The wrap began lifting the next day, and Warrior Wraps tried to fix it, but was unable to fix it. The attached photos are 30-days post wrap. They told us "we'll take care of you on the next one" because Izzy and Chris are just "those kinda guys." Nonetheless, we believed Izzy when he told us he'd do it "right" on this very simple cargo trailer. Having had wraps done before, we knew to remove every single piece of hardware we could remove. There was absolutely _NOTHING_ on this trailer to impede the wrap. We explained that we wanted it wrapped vertically so that there were no seams. We even removed fenders so they could seamlessly go top to bottom. Except...they didn't. When they called to tell us it was done, we found it was horizontally wrapped, and with very crooked seams to boot. We were given a Bravo Sierra story that this is "standard in the industry, to wrap this way." Having had this done before, we knew this wasn't accurate, and so did a little bit of research. Virtually everyone we spoke to told us what we already knew; vertical seams are not standard and usually only done if the vehicle contours require it, or customers request it. Further, the seam was seam-up, creating a dirt line (a shelf that catches dirt because it will catch water). https://bit.ly/2KbHaRU This will not only be unsightly, but also shorten the life of the wrap. Even though we are experienced only in purchasing wraps, we _now_ know a LOT about the best-practices, because we talked to manufacturers, installers, and visited many websites and watched a lot of video. Warrior Wraps has their own story, different than industry Best-Practices. Additionally, they inexplicably broke our tongue crank. They didn't pay to replace that, either, nor offer a discount. They couldn't locate the broken parts. The crank was new, purchased 4 days before WW received the trailer. There went another $50.00 Next, the story changed to "it's more expensive to wrap vertically" so we agreed to pay an additional amount to have it re-wrapped vertically. When the call came that the re-wrap was done, we were yet more disappointed. Instead of untying ropes placed so that the doors didn't fly open during travel (as Izzy had agreed), the installers wrapped around the ropes, creating unsightly seams. Remember, we'd gone to a LOT of effort to ensure there were no hardware issues for the wrappers. The entire trailer was straight lines, no impediments. They merely needed to untie one bow-tie knot (like undoing shoelaces). There were several areas of patched together pieces, areas that weren't covered, scores in the vinyl, and vinyl that didn't attach properly. We had to take the trailer to another place to try to finish the work, but they didn't want to touch it due to "the trailer not being prepared by the wrapping company properly." We were screwed. They also showed us the difference in the quality of wrap materials used, and we realized we have a very short-life wrap, one that won't last more than a year or so due to how thin it is and how it absorbs inks. We complained to Warrior Wraps and were told they'd make it right. We called several times and received no call-backs. They refused to schedule a repair and told us we're more difficult than they like their customers to be. Check out the pix; would YOU accept this kind of work? WW offer great bait n' switch pricing. Beware; you get what you pay for. [edit] We submitted a complaint to American Express (through whom we paid for the trailer) and American Express couldn't get a response from WW either. After two months, American Express closed the case. Today, Warrior Wraps called saying they were coming to take the trailer because "we didn't pay the full amount." We have now turned the matter over to an attorney. We recommend folks avoid this business; they're not quality craftspeople. They don't stand behind their work, and they make threats when called out on the quality of their work. Call Incognito. They wouldn't fix much, but they were a great help when we contacted them, and offered up some solutions that while not awesome, workable. http://www.incognitowraps.com/

Amazing!! They did such a great job. The process was very quick and Alicia made sure things were moving along. They listened to what I was looking for and made it a reality. I'm very happy with the wrap. Thank you everyone!

I find myself in the unusual position of doing two five star reviews in the same week. My criteria…read morefor 5 stars is they did great and nothing else they could do to improve on. Wanted to move away from 3M film (don't like the purple) and was not crazy about doing Llumar film again. I did some research which seemed to point to XPEL film doing the job. We went with the Plus film which specs to 96% IR and 99% UV rejection. The Plus is a bit more expensive but for us, worth it. While no film will insulate against ambient heat, we already notice a huge positive difference in keeping the heat from the Las Vegas Sun out. I chose 55 on the windscreen and 20 on the other windows. Wife's car was 55 and 35 respectively. The team at XPEL Vegas was professional and efficient. Cars were on time and look great. When you choose a company to tint your windows you want to work with a quality shop with a good reputation and use quality film. Not the $199 jobs that look purple and bubble after a short time. You need to work with someone you trust because a lesser dealer can swap you out for a cheaper film and you would likely never know it. Choose XPEL Vegas, a professional dealer you can trust.

XPEL Las Vegas did an extraordinary job on my car! I had previous experience with another paint…read moreprotection film (PPF) installer in Las Vegas and it was not a pleasant one. My experience with XPEL was the complete opposite. The work and overall experience was simply stellar!! After the experience I had with my 2022 Corvette, I was a bit gun shy about doing a PPF install on another new car. I made a bunch of phone calls and visited a few shops to help make a decision about where to get the work done, but I can say that my first call to XPEL put me at ease right away. Jayme, the shop manager, was able to give me the information I needed right up front, and was also able to give me a ballpark price based on the services I wanted and my vehicle, and it turned out that this was very close to the final price I paid. He made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel the need to actually visit the shop before bringing my car in for the work. I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment many times due to circumstances out of my control, and Jayme was always happy that I let him know, and he was always perfectly fine with rescheduling. When I brought the car in, Jayme went over all the details, including several optional details. I ended up having all the painted parts of the car protected with the XPEL film, plus, on top of the film, a ceramic coating was applied. They have every tint option available for windows, including tints darker than strictly legal. They will install whatever you want them to. I went a couple of shades darker than strictly allowed, which looks fantastic, coupled with my black painted car. They can also install a protection film on the outside of the windshield for protection from chips and stones in addition to the tint on the inside. Further, they ceramic coated the gloss black wheels. Before leaving the car with them, we got a tour of the work area, which was filled with high end vehicles, various Mercedes models, and a number of Porsche 911s, the high end GT3 versions. I could see the attention to detail being paid, with the door handles removed so that the film would cover every inch of the paint, rather than just butting up against the handles. That allowed me to relax even more, feeling assured that I'd picked the right shop to do the work on my new Corvette. In addition to the great work they did, my interactions with every person at the shop were always very pleasant and professional. They were always wonderful. In conclusion, I can say I'm thrilled with the work, and when I have another car in need of PPF and/or window tint installation, I will definitely be bringing it to XPEL. I'm extremely happy that I've found a shop that I'll be able to depend upon for future work. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

The prices are extremely fair and there is no price gouging. Even though I decided to go with 979 last minute, the owner was wonderful and made time to fit me in. When I showed up, he was ready for me and walked me through the whole process as well as showed me the different tint levels. Once I picked out the level of tent, I wanted, he showed me to the waiting room, and there were plenty of snacks and great beverages to choose from. The waiting area was a great place to sit and wait for my car. After the Work was done, he showed me around the vehicle and explained everything to me and the dos and don'ts with my new tint. I was extremely pleased with the work and I will be bringing back my vehicle here for future services. You won't go wrong if you schedule with 979 tint.

I appreciate the seamless process with same day service and the brake caliper work that was done from Christian and his team. No need for any research and/or shopping different shops because this is definitely the one-stop shop for ALL your auto needs!!! 10000000% satisfaction guaranteed, no cap! "Don't get Gypped, take your vehicle to DIPPED!" Christian also sent me a video of the finished product. Upon returning to the shop, he walked me out to my vehicle and made some nice recommendations on different ideas and looks that if I wanted to they can get done in the future. He never forced or tried to upsell me/hard sell me on anything like some of these other companies/shops. I'm looking forward to bringing my car back in the near future once I decide on what to get done next. Until then, shoutout to you and everyone at Dipped Auto Works.

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!*…read more Let me start of by saying this was a *VERY* simple job I needed. My car is wrapped. I ha damage on my drivers side door. I need ONE door wrapped. I already had the wrap I bought. I just needed him to wrap the door. I reached out to Top Notch Wraps via Yelp for a quote on my job. He responded very quickly and came back with a very reasonable quote. He had good reviews on yelp so I figured I'd set up an appointment. Monday at 9. Monday rolls around and around 8:30 he reschedules to 9:30. No big deal, only 30 minutes. I head to the address on his yelp account which is about 26 minutes away. I get there right around 9:30 and I can't find his shop. I call him a few times and no answer. He finally texts back and says "Don't think I've sent you the address. Sorry." He sends me the correct address which is 25 minutes away and says "we switched shops about 2 months ago and I haven't updated the address." Ugh.. okay. I need this done so I head to his new address he gives me. He asks if I'm still coming and I say yes. I send him my ETA which is another 25 minutes. Around 5 minutes from getting there he tells me to park in the back of the shop and he will open up the garage door. I pull up and I can't find the place so I call him and no answer. He texts me saying it's a shop called "Gaby Printing"... this is where I start to get a little sketched out. I park in the back like he asks and nothing. I text him after 5 minutes "Are you here?" Nothing. I call him a few times. After 15 minutes I'm highly frustrated at this point. I tell myself at 20 minutes I'm leaving if I don't hear from him. Still haven't heard from him. I start my car and leave. I text him: Very unprofessional of you to have someone drive over 45 mins around Vegas for you to ghost them when they finally show up at your shop. He finally starts to text back and call me 5 minutes later after I've already left saying his phone died and he was working on another customers car inside the shop. I don't believe this AT ALL. If you're expecting a customer to pull up to your shop and you're IN the shop, wouldn't you already have the garage door opened? He offers me a discount to comeback but I've already had enough of the unprofessional behavior. If you're that's unprofessional than that would probably show up in your work as well. I would rather pay more somewhere else for better customer service. Listen, Joseph I am a small business owner myself. This review is in no way malicious or anything like that. I hope you use this as a stepping stone and learn from it. If your phone is the ONLY communication between you and the customer, shouldn't you ALWAYS have it charged? My best guess is - you were never there to begin with. If this is the case, it would have been a world of difference to just be honest and let me know. I would have waited. Also for future reference you should probably update your address on Yelp, Google, & Apple maps. Goodluck in your future endeavors.
