I needed to get the battery replaced on my MacBook Air, and after being told by Apple they would have to ship it to a separate location to fix it and it could take a couple weeks (if not more), I decided to take a look at some other options for getting it replaced, and low and behold I found WarriorMac! Jean was super helpful from the beginning, and he was able to replace the battery within a day because he had the part on hand. It was important for me to find someone who would use OEM parts too, I didn't want to cheap out on the service or the parts, and Jean makes sure to use only Apple parts and products. WarriorMac did it again, fighting for the silicon life of my client's custom PC. The PC didn't boot and the board looked like it had one bad capacitor. Jean Andre replaced 12 capacitors (all of them), a mosfet and power transistors. He basically rebuilt the entire power section near the CPU. The board had been serviced by someone else previously and there was a mess where the capacitors were soldered in. Jean Andre reflowed the entire board leaving each connection factory perfect and ultrasonically cleaned it. My client was thrilled to get back a working board that looked great. It took Jean Andre extra effort because my board was so damaged but he persevered and worked through the damage to get it working again. Thanks Jean Andre for another great save!! read more

after previously giving a 5 star review for repair, less than 6 months later Warrior Mac wanted to charge me $125 per hour to check my computer remotely when he did it for free the first time, and apparently doesn't warranty his work that he already performed. also noticed he failed to inform me he replaced my 4 RAM chips with only 2 after the fact. DO NOT RECOMMEND, AVOID THIS "TECH" AND JUST GO TO THE APPLE STORE WHERE YOU KNOW IT WILL BE DONE RIGHT. read more

Don't let the name fool you! Any brand, any OS, WarriorMac can fix it. The authorized Samsung repair place said that my Galaxy S8 couldn't be fixed after an update fried the motherboard. Jean-Andre stepped in, fixed it in less than a week and for only about twice what Samsung wanted to "evaluate" it for a warranty replacement.
