There are lights on two way relays and they do not work if one specific switch is turned off. All of the outdoor outlets and lights stopped working within less than two years after connected. In other words no weather insulation was used and they all shorted out. Fire hazard considering they are outdoors. The indoor fixtures were placed off center of the rooms and the amount of lighting installed in a single room was inadequate. The switches used were outdated clunky and of a very cheap quality. Finally, the power failed utterly to the problem circuits. Markarian sent Brandon Hill over in 15 minutes -- yes, FIFTEEN. He listened carefully to our description, gave his opinion that it was a utility problem, but that he would test for other possibilities first. After testing some of the circuits, he gave his hypothesis that we were having a phase problem: one of the two lines into the house was not supplying enough voltage. He tested the meter outside, showed us the low voltage on one line, and explained how the lines feed the circuits in a pattern that would cause the unpredictable outages. He also took pictures. He stood by while we called Eversource to make sure that we could answer all their questions. From initial call to final diagnosis, everyone at Markarian was efficient, courteous, and helpful. Brandon was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to and understand. I would recommend Markarian without hesitation.
