I now this as a fact as I'm currently working for a security firm and they helped me find the perfect firearm based on not only my preferences but the company's policy concerning handgun carry requirements. They helped me get a 9mm Glock 17 gen 5 with a SureFire x300u flashlight and even though they didn't have one in stock they pointed me to a local kydex maker for a holster to fit my needs. The staff is awesome, I came back a week later and looked at the extensive selection of plate carriers and body armor they offer and ended up leaving with an affordable lvl lllA soft arms vest from Bullet Safe. Even though they had armor capable of stopping up to 30-06 armor piercing I decided to go with something more small arms oriented as that would be what I'll most likely face working for a security company. I went to the range and accidentally shot the company's ammo (whoops) and as a result needed to have it replaced with something that met their requirements, When you look at the ammo selection it can be a bit overwhelming, they have so many choices. Thankfully I spoke to one of the younger gentleman who worked at the store and he took the time to explain the grain and differences between the bullets projectiles which was honestly really nice as I didn't truly know many of the things he talked about. I picked out a polymer filled hollow point so I could not only defeat thick clothing but something I would not have to worry about in terms of over penetration. Truly a blessing as this was something I hadn't considered yet it fit within the company I work for's policy. I know this review is a bit long but they have truly helped me not only be better at my job but fell confident in my purchases as I progress in my carrier field. Bought 200 rounds of 7.62x39. I asked two people if the ammo was corrosive. Both employees assured me it was not. After returning home I looked up the stamping on the case to find that it is corrosive ammo. Best case these people are incompetent worst case they are lying through their teeth. I live in the Longmont area and this is my go-to gun store for just about everything. They have a good amount of AR build parts and can quickly order parts that are not in stock, even during the recent COVID scare. Their staff are Veterans, and they know what they are talking about. Their ammo prices are also unbeatable (literally have never seen cheaper ammo), and it's frequently restocked. Ask them to play the flamethrower video for you. My only complaint is that when the Colorado sun comes through in the PM, and it's busy, it can get pretty hot in there in the Summers. The facilities AC can't keep up. read more

The staff was very helpful, and knowledgeable. I am always excited to see new tactical shops open up! Just so everyone's aware, i saw the other review, i get it, i wasn't there. Bottom line every shop owner has the right to stop any client if they are acting suspicious, loitering, look like they are shoplifting. Especially right now with the pandemic everyone's on high alert. Getting stopped sucks, but if you have nothing to hide, and they apologize for the inconvenience, then i don't see any harm in that. read more

Best ammo I've ever used. As a eagle cried when I loaded my magazines, I felt a smooth feeling of freedom and liberty wash over me. Firing just one round of their ammo out of my Hi Point C9 instantly turned it into a Nighhawk production Browning High Power. Some of the people that work here have a seriously bad attitude problem. A couple of them are straight up assholes. The one guy with weird facial hair is never friendly nor hardly speaks or trys to help you, but the ginger was a real piece of work. He acted put out like it was some huge ask that I came in and told him that I heard my background check had come through, in order to pick up my stuff, made me tell him the name of the person who said that (which they didn't leave in the phone message). And then when there was a problem with the item, he didn't care and just tried to send me out the door. The ONLY friendly and highly helpful person that works there is this cheery Hispanic guy that I only encountered on one visit there. He made that one visit great & went out of his way to help me, we had good camaraderie, but the rest of the employees are mediocre at best or terrible at worst. There's a big white guy that I think is the owner who is itinerantly helpful when he feels like it, and a weird bug-eyed kid that at least asks if you need help. The Asian guy is somewhat helpful too. But yeah there's just a general attitude that numerous people in this shop have copped. Not really sure why. They won't be getting another red cent from me because of numerous of these types of experiences, over around 6 visits. I don't know if they just tend to hire surly vet types or what, but they need to fix up. read more

I work as an armed private security officer and these guys seriously have everything. Need gear? They have it. Need mags? They have them. Need parts and accessories? They have so many it's hard to choose. From coffee mugs and salt shakers, to morale patches to what you need to prepare for a zombie invasion, these guys have it all. My only advice is make sure you pay your rent before you go, because there is NOTHING that isn't worth buying. IFACS, 80%s, uppers, and the most badass muzzle devices I've ever used. They didn't have what I needed on the shelf, but found what I needed in back on what i guess was their build area and sold me those parts. Then we talked about my future builds and talked about what they were planning for the future of the store. Great guys and very knowledgeable.
