Very high quality kitchen and steak knives of all types including cleavers. Expensive, but SUPER high quality. Probably higher quality than Cutco, especially the wood handles. They hold an edge very well. I own one Warther kitchen knife that is over 35 years old, and several more that are likely 25 years old. He started the knife business, and his grand-children now run it. The museum has priceless carved trains made of ivory and precious woods, before ivory was essentially outlawed. Further, the museum is worth driving out of your way for, so if you are within an hour's travel, say between Canton and Cambridge Ohio, go see it. Learning about Warther and seeing his master creations was a great time. How he was able to get all the fine details in his carvings was amazing. His knives are an amazing product to own as well. The craftsmanship is top notch and the knives stay sharp for a very long time. Best part is if the do dull you just send them back and they will sharpen them for you. We live about 2 hours southeast of Dover and have toured the museum 3 times and own 4 knives. We were in the neighborhood today and stopped in to get our Warther knives sharpened for free and ended up buying 2 beautiful cutting boards. Next trip we want to purchase either the 5" Baby Chef Knife or the 7" French Chef Knife. Oh and I love the cheese knife too so good excuse for yet another trip. We bought our first knife about 10 years ago. These knives are beautiful and very high quality! The gift shop is very nice and you can also watch the knives and cutting boards being made.
