So I've only been for my initial appointment and the young lady that helped me was very kind and very sweet. She seemed knowledgeable about my surgery and what would be required to prepare for it and to recover from it. So I am looking forward to the aqua therapy and the post surgery therapy and hope that I can move on with my life and get back to being able to walk again with their help

I went in with something…read morecalled "runners' knee", which basically meant that my knee was killing me, and my quads and hamstrings were incredibly weak. When I first got there, I was having trouble walking up stairs without pain. By the time I left, my legs were much stronger and the pain in my knee had subsided considerably. They also sent me out into the world with the knowledge of how to continue getting better and a repertoire of exercises to go along with that. I never once dreaded going there, and even came to look forward to it even though it was hard work. This was due to the staff and the positive environment that they have created over there. I…read morehad therapy years ago with great success for a knee injury, however was instructed by my ortho to visit a PT nearest me. This was a big mistake and an awakening. I went to Excel for 2 visits and I was very disappointed. The initial visit was an assessment, which is fair enough. The second visit was incredibly disappointing. I did a few leg lifts and a couple of stretches and then handed over my hard earned money with a list of more appointments. After sitting with that for a day, I cancelled all of those appointments and hired a personal trainer for about half the cost of what I was paying to be instructed to do a few leg lifts and a few stretches. Luckily my injury is a minor sports injury so this option just made sense. If i truly need PT in the future, i will be looking for serious reccommendations before parting with my $$$.

The express is really handy if you need a quick examination or x-ray after an injury and is so much better than going to an emergency room or even a walk-in with sick people coughing all over you.

My husband had surgery yesterday. Check in at 10am. We pull up and what a beautiful facility!…read more Modern & clean. In the waiting are for 10 minutes (not bad!) In pre-op for 2.5 hours! Our nurse was nice but a we both agree she was a warm body. She thought after being with us for a little while that he was having a different surgery? Red Flags! She cleaned the wrong area for the surgery. He wasn't shaved until the eleventh hour. As we sat and joked around waiting... we overheard a lot of nurses conversation. I heard multiple swears. My husband made a comment about professionalism. He doesn't much comment about those things. His 'hospital' bracelet had a little piece attached to it that would sent me updates, which helped alerting me when he was out of surgery and could receive visitors. I loved this aspect. Recovery was great. Nurses were informative and helpful. Overall not a terrible experience by any means.

I've had three sessions…read morewith Freddie and I have seen remarkable improvement in my range of motion and pain reduction with my injured shoulder. What makes this facility stand out? I've never had a physical therapy treatment, and I've had A LOT, that is hands on... Meaning my therapist gently manipulates and stretches my affected joints and muscles that enhances my healing. And - my therapist is in communication with me throughout the session to ensure the treatment is right for me. In addition, I have an at home routine that helps me between therapy sessions. I don't think anyone is typically running to get physical therapy because, let's be honest, it's usually a long, sometimes painful, process. We drag our feet, our injury gets worse and then we end up on a long road back to feeling good again. This experience has changed my mind. If I ever need PT after this injury is resolved, I will get back here ASAP. The staff from scheduling and reception, the PT assistants and the therapists themselves are kind and professional. Lots of supportive equipment, if needed, for your recovery. Highly recommend for the results, the facility and great people working here.
