Maybe call ahead and see how far they're running behind before you come... I rescheduled my appointment for the following week for 11am in hopes the morning would be less delayed. It was... I got in by 11:45. The staff and doctor were very nice but the wait times are just atrocious. THEN, I needed an MRI so I went to another place to have that done. No communication from the doctor office that I had to schedule a follow up appointment to get my results. So 2 weeks pass, I call and ask if my results came in. That's when they tell me they've had them for 12 days but I need an appointment to get them read to me. Sooooo I set another appointment up for 10:15am. Guess when I saw the doctor?? 11:30am!!! WTH?!?!?! Be forewarned! I wouldn't recommend this place solely based on the horrific wait times. The waiting room is full of people constantly grumbling too so it's a widespread issue.

For as long as I can remember, my hip popped every time I took a step, until I saw Dr Molin. Not only has she fixed my hip with her ART (read other Yelper Paul's review for a description), but she always fixes my other ailments when I manage to hurt myself at CrossFit. If you have any sort of sports injury or pain, she's worth visiting (she takes health insurance). She's not your typical chiropractor that cracks your back and wants to see you all the time for the rest of eternity- her goal is to get your body back to 100% and only see you when there's an issue. I've recommended her to people who have been living with chronic issues that she has solved in a matter of a few visits. My only regret is not going to her sooner.

Brittany was polite, friendly & efficient. She was always willing to work with my schedule when booking my appointments. Jay was my PT "go to guy". He was super friendly, knowledgeable and offered great PT. He seems like he really wants help his patients and demonstrated compassion & patience With each session I had. When I initially began receiving PT for my shoulder injury, I could barely lift my arm up, nor could I swing it around to my low back and was also unable to lift things up with that arm. I don't have any other orthopedic doctor to compare Dr. Michael Belanger to, but in comparison to…read moremany other doctors that I've been to throughout my life, he certainly was one of the best. My accident was on a early Saturday morning in April of 2010. I was walking to my car via the back walk way/driveway and it had rained the night before causing water to pool up in the bottom of the drive where I park my car. As I took a step off of the walk and into the drive, my right foot slipped out in front of me and my left foot stayed in its place, however; the tibia bone (inside ankle bone) went towards the ground. I heard and felt a snap and I knew instantly that I had broken my ankle. My friend drove me to the Fatima hospital emergency room where I was seen quickly and upon a thorough examination and x-rays; it was determined that I had broken both the tibia and fibula bones and there was a good chance I would need surgery. The emergency room doctor referred me to Dr. Belanger at The Center for orthopedics and they were able to schedule an appointment for me on Monday. Going to see Dr. Belanger I knew nothing about him. My roommate at the time drove me to my appointment (since I broke my left ankle and own a 5 speed auto, I couldn't drive for 3 months.) I checked in with the receptionist, was taken in for more x-rays and then finally met with Dr. Belanger shortly thereafter. He was very kind and funny - unusual for a doctor. He's a younger man, which is probably the reason I thought he was so dang cool, and cute! He explained that yes, I would indeed need surgery and advised me to wait about a week to do so in order to let the swelling go down. He was very patient with my questions and explained everything in detail. The surgery was done at Memorial Hospital in Pawtucket, my mother came with me and Dr. Belanger came out prior to me going in under the knife and explained everything to me and my mother again. Dr. Belanger did a fantastic job with the surgery, leaving minimal scarring (considering I have a plate and 11 screws in my left ankle.) All of my follow up visits at The Center for Orthopedics were pleasant and without complication. This place was always busy, packed to the brim with people, but they are efficient in seeing everyone in a timely manner. Even Dr. Belangers secretary was very great to work with. I wish I hadn't had to have gone through this horrendous accident, but hey... it happened. The only good outcome of the whole ordeal is that I was thankfully matched up with Dr. Belanger and The Center for Orthopedics and working with them made the experience much easier to deal with.

Dr. Belanger is articulate and has great bedside manner and explained exactly what caused my injury and how to prevent it in the future, along with prescribing physicial therapy. Cons are the staff, they are very cold and condescending. I arrived at 8am for an 8:15 appointment and they were upset j was there that early. I'm not sure why. The office also doesn't like it when you ask questions about billing. Besides that, everything was groovy.

She really listened to my concerns about my lower back issues and gave me some great recommendations for stretches and exercises I could do in order for my issue to improve. I made some tremendous progress with Rachel's help and feel like I can manifest my own destiny again. The facilities are all very clean and they do more than just "give you" exercises and stretches to do. They make sure that you're doing them correctly and checked for tightness in my back. They always got me in the office on time and serviced me within a reasonable timespan as well. PT can be a very challenging experience, since they're making you "work through" your pain, but Rachel and her team were so down-to-earth that it really didn't feel like work. I would not recommend her due to her bedside manner being really poor. she was extremely unprofessional. when I attend PT I like a person that sticks to the program while you're there. you are the one paying for your time there. by the time the session was over I knew far too much about this person. She was beyond eager to discuss herself any moment she got. I was trying to explain why I was there and she cut me off multiple times to tell me about herself. Why was I there , to be her psychiatrist? I am now seeing an extremely professional physical therapist that has me at almost full recovery today .
