I was looking for reviews and videos for a neural chiro on YouTube to help with tinnitus due to ongoing neck issues and a recent fall on ice three weeks previous. I found Dr. Warwick's videos extremely informative and comforting to watch. I also liked his bedside manner. The fall on the ice three weeks earlier was giving me discomfort in my left hip and I was waking up with tingling down both arms during sleep. I've had previous issues with my neck due to subluxation in the C 4/5 and brought an X-ray for him to look at from another neuro chiro I was seeing in Sonoma, CA. Dr. Warwick was warm and chatty and we discussed what needed to be done to help heal my condition and how to deal with my ongoing neck issue. I was already very proactive doing yoga, neck strengthening exercises, trigger point release, and Qi Gong all found on YouTube. The first time he put his hands on me they felt like big bear paws but very warm and soothing. My adjustments were the same. He was gentle and always asked permission to do certain manipulations beforehand. After a few tweaks and a large crack in the left side of my neck (what a relief!) I walked out of there feeling much better than I had coming in. A few weeks before I had bought a cervical neck pillow which was helping some but when I woke up the next day after my adjustment, the tingling in my arms was completely gone and I had full neck mobility with no discomfort. I will definitely be going back to see this man who obviously cares about his patients. He cares because he knows about pain - explaining to me, when asked, how he got into chiropractic - that he was in a bad car accident, in pain for months and doctors wanted to operate but he instead tried chiro and it was his first chiro who helped him to heal. He makes a point to tell his patients that his job is to get you healed and give you exercises so you don't have to keep coming back. I have only heard one other chiropractor say this - the neuro chiro I was seeing in Sonoma and I've seen a lot of chiro's over the decades in both the US and UK. I am really bummed by my experience here. I went with a recommendation from my colleague. My back has been bothering me for a long time and I am trying to remain active. I have tried pt, muscle scraping, chiro, medication, massage, yoga, you know name it. I have seen an orthopedic surgeon who said my "back wasnt bad enough yet". So, I have been trying to manage it. I went into Warwick and was so hopeful. I asked specifically to have Dr. Warwick treat me as I had read a book he wrote and was hopeful he could help me relieve pain. I went in and was seen by him but the treatment he gave me was very generic (I have had chiro in past and feel like they all do the same few moves). I actually felt worse after I left and for several days afterwards. I decided to give it another shot and went back in a few days later as he recommended. I made an appt but still had to wait 15-20 min past my appt. They brought me into a room where they do "traction" on a moving table that just moves you around a bit. I was there for another 10-15 min before I heard Dr. Warwick come into the room. I was excited to tell him how I felt in hopes of getting a different treatment this time. But nope, he walked past me and a different chiro came in and asked me to repeat ALL of my medical history and symptoms. I had done this twice in one week now, not including the mountain of paperwork I had to fill out. That chiro was nice but the treatment felt less effective. I left feeling worse than I did when I came in. And frustrated that I had to repeat everything all over again. I have given up hope, sadly. I was hoping this was the place for some relief, finally, but unfortunately I felt like just a number. I hope others have a better experience and get some relief. I usually have a few visits before I write a review, but I've been to enough Chrio's since 1982 ,, I know the routine and the good ones stand out. I usually focus on the ones that focus on one or two visit fixes.. unfortunately healthcare isn't all about health, it's about profit so our doctors are taught this in their infancy and some fix people despite the corrupt systems teaching (hahaha) This place is the latter, Dr. Green was an absolute animal to root out the source of my pain and the fact that I'm a Clydesdale didn't intimidate her at all, she is a Rock Star with laser focus and Mad Skills.. I went in for a full Swedish massage and I was just so disappointed, as some one who is becoming an LMT I was quite excited to go in and experience some one new as it's a great learning experience and I needed some relaxation. The lady spoke the entire time, making comments on my tattoo...telling me stories about her life and Giving me health advice on eating better, not an issue but not when I want to relax. it wasn't Swedish, the intent wasn't there. She moved really fast as if she wanted it to be down, and it felt rush with lack of strokes. I was tense the entire time, as she kept saying "you need to relax" as she couldn't hit that she made me on edge. The front of office was welcoming and sweet people. Not sure if it was a bad day for her, but it was disappointmenting to not receive what you were intending to pay for! not a rough rushed massage hearing about her stories the entire time. read more

I want to preface my review noting that in my 39 years of existence on this planet I have never once broken a bone or have been dramatically injured even though I played club, semi-professional and professional hockey for many years until my retirement. It almost comical to refer to it as retirement considering I was barely 23 years of age when I hung up the skates and quit playing professional hockey. The memorial holiday weekend I somehow hurt my back. I had a hockey game Saturday night, Sunday was a little sore, Monday a little sorer, but nothing a couple of ibuprofen could fix. The Tuesday I woke and as I tried to get out of bed I fell on the floor with the worst back pain and I felt like I had no control over my lower back in any manner. I had no idea what I did to hurt myself. For the first time in my life, I was experiencing pain like I have never felt before. Considering when I played professional hockey I had my top 4 teeth knocked out by a puck and kept on skating till the end of the game without any issues is hopefully an indication of the level of pain I was feeling. I literally crawled across the floor to the bathroom and took some ibuprofen and crawled back to bed. I figure in a few hours I would be "good to go" so I just needed to take a nap and when I woke everything would be back to normal. Boy was I wrong..... A few hours late I woke and there was no change. I literally could barely move at all. My back felt "stuck" and any type of strain put on it, even as little as changing from a sitting to standing position, and vice versa, resulted in terrible pain and lack of muscle control. A few times I almost fell face forward when trying to adjust from sitting to standing. After a couple of days of my situation not getting any better I went and to see a chiropractor. I figure that it was time for someone to check and make sure there was no significant issue or trauma. I went to another clinic, which I will not name, and while they were very nice I didn't feel the chiropractor made any progress in helping my back heal. I spent 3 sessions there before accepting the fact I needed to find someone that possessed a more advanced level of chiropractic relief. After spending a ton of time on Google, Yelp, and other search engines cross-referencing reviews and such I arrived at Warwick Chiropractic. I scheduled an appointment online and a couple hours later, after driving from Seattle to Lacey, was able to get the type of adjustment my body was needing. I literally felt like a new person immediately after. I am excited to go back again and get another adjustment to help get my lower back to 100% so I can resume my normal life. You never realize how important your back is in your day to day life until it "gives up on you." The staff here is professional and kind. Dr. Warwick is amazing. If I could give him 10 stars I would. That says a lot since I am a difficult person to please and rarely ever hand out a 5-star review to any business Warwick Chiropractic absolutely deserves it. Boy has he been a life-saver for getting me back on my feet. I have been receiving care from Dr. Warwick for over five years and could not be happier with the quality of care that I have received. I am very active and in good shape then injured myself five years ago not taking in the consideration that I was now 40 and lifting weights as if I was in my 20s. My lower back was in excruciating and constant pain and medications did little to fix the situation. My doctor sent me to physical therapy which helped a bit, nevertheless I was still in pain and lacking the mobility I had before my injury. A friend recommended I visit Dr. Warwick which I did. After a few visits I was feeling much better and shortly returned to being able to do the things I love. I don't typically write reviews but felt compelled to post about my experience. I am actually a medical provider myself - an orthopedic surgeon. We are not taught about chiropractic care in our training. I knew nothing about this until about 6 mos ago. I was feeling pretty tight with horrible pain along my entire back after a 21 hour plane ride. A friend had suggested chiropractic care when I was in Las Vegas for a conference and I was completely blown away with the immediate and intense relief. I saw Dr. Warwick and have to say that I am incredibly grateful. He is obviously very professional and explained some of the tenets around chiropractic medicine. I was feeling very tight, stiff, sore. Much of this is from my own poor posture and always either hunching forward in the OR looking down or typing away at a computer. I could not believe the instant relief I had after his adjustment. I also appreciate how deep and intense the adjustment was - I could feel a huge difference compared to my 2 prior adjustments. I felt a vice grip being removed from my back and it's now 48 hours later. I have no soreness and just feel incredible. I've spent some time trying to understand and read about chiropractic medicine. It seems there are several theories. If you had asked me 6 mos ago, I would have been skeptical simply because this was never taught to us in Orthopedic Medicine. I don't know that I truly really understand, but I can only say that it works since I can feel such a dramatic difference. I strongly recommend those of you who may read this review to take the leap and trust that you, too, can also get some relief from your chronic pain/stiffness. Dr. Warwick treated my husband for back pain after a motor vehicle accident. My husband was referred by myself as I felt that Dr. Warwick helped with my back pain previously. I trusted Dr. Warwick as a provider until he treated my husband's pain. Due to the nature of my husbands injury, Dr. Warwick and staff told my husband that he needed to seek legal action and find an attorney to take his case. We thought this was an unusual request but complied. My husband was treated and was told that he needed subsequent visits (even though his pain was completely resolved) and again complied. My husband continued to go to Dr. Warwick and some older chiropractor that worked in his clinic (he did not care for this person). At the end of treatment my husband told Dr. Warwick that he no longer required his care but the clinic insisted that he come in for one more visit. My husband did not feel that he needed one and therefore didn't go in for a final visit. When we received a settlement months later for my husbands accident, it was $0. This was because Dr. Warwick triple charged for every visit that my husband went to. A normal out-of-pocket, cash pay visit is around $50. He charged the insurance upwards of $300. There were multiple charges on our statement that my husband never received. This seems EXTREMETLY fraudulent and if not considered that, WRONG. We were not interested in hiring an attorney in the first place but now that we know the motive behind this "requirement" from Dr. Warwick's office, we know that Dr. Warwick only seeks to make money and not really treat the patient. This is also contributing to escalating insurance costs and corruption to our healthcare system. We no longer will receive care from corrupt healthcare providers. I waited to post a review because I wanted to receive enough treatments to give an honest and fair review. With that being said I can't say enough good things about Dr Warwick and his staff! First time I had a treatment at his office was months ago for a massage. I was walking some strong dogs that made my muscles very sore. Unfortunately the massage therapist I saw has moved to a different state so this review is not based off my experience with a massage. I told the massage therapist that I was hesitant with chiropractors because I've had 50/50 results with them in the past and she had assured me that Dr Warwick is amazing and she wasn't just saying that because she works for him, in fact she was set to move at that time so I felt her opinion was valid as she would no longer be working here. I'm SO glad I gave Dr Warwick a chance for chiropractic care because he has drastically improved my neck, back, shoulder, hips, and knee pain!!!! Now this part of the review is based off the office staff and environment. Amazing!!! Brandy is normally the one I've interacted with and I adore her. She's so friendly! The others are wonderful as well but I am terrible with names... sorry. This chiropractic office is the best I've been to hands down not just because of the staff but because of the machines they use for the adjustment and the care prior to being adjusted. They apply heat to your back while the table is stretching your muscles and in my honest opinion this makes this chiropractic office the absolute best. They even provide hair ties in case you forgot one, I've never seen that anywhere else... You won't be disappointed if you go to Dr Warwick. Yesterday I woke up in the worse pain ever and could not turn my head to the left, use my left arm or even lift my arms to do my hair! The worse pain ever. Dr. Warwick and his staff are so amazing. Went for simple adjustment. Could tell from start small woman would have trouble adjusting me. Some improvement , not much. Decided to give them another chance & requested different DC, as I stated the woman was not up to the task. No offer was made to comp, even after they knew I was dissatisfied. Paid & was adjusted by an even smaller, older man, who even admitted he didn't have the strength to get me adjusted properly. He suggested I request Dr Warwick next. I contacted the office mgr & explained what happened, and asked for a comp with Dr Warwick. She replied their insurance wouldn't permit that. I stated I'd paid cash. She then told me they would do nothing for me. If you need to be poorly adjusted with no concern for you, except for taking your money, this is the place to go! read more
