Very disappointed with the end result. They give extras at time of visit for a review onsite which is the only way I see them having such a good standing but then you get a bill. Even with insurance, I was billed $170 for an adjustment after paying $75 at the time of the visit. They charged my insurance $420. This was my 2nd visit. Soon as I walked in. I checked in, took 10 seconds, and went to one of the treatment rooms. I was immediately placed on the traction table with heat and began the treatment. Loved that. I hate waiting. I always feel if you have an appointment then you should be seen on that time. Not after. Dr Warwick continued working on my back. I have seen such fast improvement towards getting back to 'normal'. I'll never have the injury free back when I was a teenager. And will never be 100% pain free. But that's what happens when you age and injure yourself. You can't reverse or go back in time. So beware of this when and if you decide to have treatments. Dr Warwick even mentioned this to me during my visits. I hurt my back doing something that I have done hundreds of times. I need to be more careful and start taking some preventive measures to keep from injuring myself. The age thing wont go away. But these treatments have gotten me towards the right direction where I can get back to my normal active lifestyle. Sure I'll have those mild aches at times. But at least I wont be hunched over and crooked like Quasimodo's 3rd cousin. read more

I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Warwick today. He has an amazing office staff that are very friendly and provide you with all the information you need. Once I met with Dr. Warwick I was instantly at ease. He is an astute clinician with excellent bedside manner. His attention to detail is beyond reproach, he even picked up on subtle non verbal cues from me during my treatment. Just called to inquire about treatment. When the receptionist picked up the phone I said "Hello, my name is Meighan and I'm calling to see if you accept my insurance". Instantly she tells me they do accept my insurance but I need to call my insurance to inquire about my cost's.... before I try and give her my name... I'm being courteous by giving my name when I call anywhere. She said it so rude and I was using normal phone etiquette. Instantly made me want to go elsewhere. Great doc, better person! I would certainly vote for Dr. Warwick as best chiropractor in the Olympia area and maybe even in the state itself. I am new to the area and needed a chiropractic adjustment due to a re-occurring pain in my lower back every few years. However, I am very "picky" meaning "difficult to please" when choosing a doctor and I am willing to drive miles for the best. I want my doctor to be highly trained with post graduate studies, know the most up to date procedures, have considerable experience and is absorbed into his field having written books, articles, and blogs for the public. In other words, he has a love and passion for his profession. But on top of all that "heady technical stuff", I want a doctor who communicates well and who transcends calm before performing an adjustment. (It makes me apprehensive when a doctor is tense and on edge.) And, of course, I want my doctor to be truly interested in the welfare of his patients. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Warwick if you want pain relief. Due to my job in the Army I've done some serious damage to my body, and I've seen different chiropractors around the country. Dr Warwick stands out as someone who actually asked me questions, listened to my answers, and adjusted me accordingly. He used a heating pad and motion table to limber up my back and used gentle manipulation to get everything in place. My hips were about an inch off and it was painful to walk and stand but after my adjustment the pain was gone. He also gave me good advice on pain relief at home. Again I've seen quite a few chiropractors who simply cracked my back in a minute, but Dr Warwick gently moved everything into place. As an added benefit I got a chair massage afterwards which helped with any post adjustment soreness. Warwick Chiropractic has a very friendly staff as well as an easy to find location.
