The guys that worked on my truck were fast and very considerate. I felt like I was at NASCAR. As they changed my tires. Fast, and efficient and great quality they made me feel like family. Westside tire staff are very honest, hard-working, I found a new home and it's called West side tires for all my tire needs. I want to send a special thank you to all at westside tire. This smug entitled little dink of a kid(newer guy) grabs it off the shelf and it was $17, ok fine, I am in a hurry. Turns out it is the wrong one, no big deal I get it. So I back to exchange it, and this indignant kid won't even look at it to see why it does not fit, he just stares at his computer and says we don't install, and insists it is the right one. If he would have looked at my vehicle he would have clearly seen that indeed he gave me the wrong one and saved a customer. I recommend that Napa sticks with people that have some form of people skills and know something about automotive. Seriously, I assume this kid is a relative of the owner, otherwise no way a fully functioning business owner would hire a person like this normally. Warzecha auto parts are right up the road, save yourself some frustration and go there.

The team at Big O took the tire and worked their magic to reseal the tire to the rim. They weren't sure if their tools would work for the small tire but it was worth a shot. In less than five minutes the tech came out with the tire sealed and full of air. The team was great! They took the tire and figured out how to reseal it and handed back to me full of air. Great work! Even though I was only in the shop for 10 minutes to fix my snowblower tire, I would recommend the Big O team in Elk River for tire service.

Wait times have always been decent and we have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and prices are decent. My recent experience adds to their five star service. After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me "what's wrong, you just left". I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars. He also took care of the problem himself. Apparently, I ran over a large metal object that made the noise and a large puncture in my tire. He did it quick and NO Charge with a smile. I was…read moreon my way to bring my daughter to school when my low oil pressure light came on (I know I know I should check my oil but I just didn't...life ‍ Lesson learned!) anyway I pulled into Quick Lane Tire and Auto center at 6:48am (they open at 7) where Ivan greeted me and quickly checked my oil and added a quart without hesitation and told me get my kids to school and to come back after (which I did!) for an oil change. When I got there he noticed I had completely worn tires and needed those too! He was able to get my tires on that morning and at a great price! I am SO thankful for people like Ivan n this crazy world he was SO wonderful to work with in the midst of my panic! It's people like him that make this world go round!
