We started to use Quick Lane regularly the past few years because of their consistent customer…read moreservice. Wait times have always been decent and we have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and prices are decent. My recent experience adds to their five star service. After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me "what's wrong, you just left". I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars. He also took care of the problem himself. Apparently, I ran over a large metal object that made the noise and a large puncture in my tire. He did it quick and NO Charge with a smile. Awesome customer service. As I told him, we will be back with all of our vehicles. Thanks Ross.

When I got there he noticed I had completely worn tires and needed those too! He was able to get my tires on that morning and at a great price! I am SO thankful for people like Ivan n this crazy world he was SO wonderful to work with in the midst of my panic! It's people like him that make this world go round! Thank you Ivan and the staff at Quick Lane Tire and auto! Happy customer and customer for life here!!

He told me he took his vehicle for wheel alinement and the work was not done at all and he was told that his vehicle is ready for pick up. he went there picked up his vehicle and nothing changed from the condition. He told me he is not going to advice anyone to go there. I thought it was not bad to try there. Today I took my vehicle there for them to check for me were the leak is coming from and dropped it there at 11:05 am and I was told they will call me once they are done. The time I left the vehicle was sitting in their parkin lot, by 11:27 am I was called that my vehicle was done. I asked what was the issues, the guy told me that there is a leak around the rear differential and at the end of the transmission and told me if we have to find where exactly the leak is coming from that will cost you a lot of money. I asked him how much do I owe you guys,he said $94. I went there pay their $94 and picked up my vehicle. $94 is not a huge amount but shops will tell you what to pay before a service . shops do operate differently in some ways, I once took my vehicle to fire stone for the same issues, they told me how much they charge and they will put the dye and drive the car for 100 miles and bring it back so that they can tell me the exact place were the leak is coming from and they charged me $59. At this heartland tire they charged $94 and to do the dye they are going to charge more, this was what the guy told me over the phone . what they wrote on the paperwork was a hand writing, to hard to understand what they wrote, some of them I have zero idea of what they wrote. am just wondering if my vehicle was take in the shop or if it was properly checked. the customers service is horrible as well.

In September, I was told the area manager said to reimburse me for the part. However, no one ever followed through with that decision. I continued to call and get no where and now there is a new area manager and I'm not being reimbursed. Both customer care and the store managers have repeatedly told me that they "stand by the area manager's decision," so why wasn't the first decision followed through with?! If Valvoline truly stands by its area managers' decisions, then why was the original decision not honored and followed through? This situation should have been resolved months ago. I have made several attempts to contact the new area manager through customer care, leaving multiple messages and emails requesting a follow-up, but I have received no response. I understand that he has made his decision and that everyone appears to be standing by it, but as a customer, I deserve an explanation as to why the original decision made in September was never carried out. The lack of accountability, follow-through, and communication in this process is completely unprofessional and reflects very poorly on Valvoline as a company.
