Was told I would receive a call when they figure out what was going on. I never received a call and I had to call mid day Wednesday to find out it was done. They had replaced something (aka done the job) without my consent/approval and didn't tell me a total cost or anything besides a few confusing words since I don't know much about cars. I bring my dad with to these things for this reason... I know about my own car now better than him but he knows what things cost. We have never had an experience like this and find it completely unprofessional and unacceptable as I expected this to be a 1 day deal and here I am on Thursday going to get the car instead of Tuesday same day. The positive about the experience is the shop dog inside. He is a good boy. They did fix the part of the service I didn't agree too. Seemed nice and straight to the point at first but lacks customer service to give a basic call so I docked 2 stars for the inconveniences. I will go back though because they did fix their mistake and have been the only people to properly diagnose and fix an issue on my car in the last year.... went to multiple shops before this. I recently brought our vehicle in to diagnosis squeaky noise with the suspension. Immediately upon taking the vehicle home it was apparent the problem was not resolved and had the vehicle looked over again. This time I was told the lower control arm ball joints are the problem and the repair price was $1700, though they'd cover the inspection and alignment cost for our trouble. Being displeased with their effort I decided against having them replace the lowers and will take the vehicle elsewhere to be inspected. Very dismayed to be charged the $1100 and them sending me on my way as if the job was complete. I could literally push down on the hood on the front right side and hear the noise, which was all the more apparent when driving it. I'm shocked they wouldn't verify the problem is resolved after a repair before giving the keys back. Very poor effort on their part and I won't be bringing any more work their way.
