Got in here thinking this is the same owner that owns the one on highway 29 and W street I'm almost positive It is because the girl that was mixing chemicals at that 1 is up here along with another lady tonight. Working. If you can call it that. the other lady happened to tell me that the reason I didn't have enough water as I overloaded it, I did not. Because those small load washers are made for my load of towels according to every other washing machine in Escambia County, and then she told me she couldn't do anything about it. I was just sol & out the money. Oh, and then she also informed, none of the washing machines actually have hot water. You have to run them on warm. I'm a little bit pissed off. Update. I just took my clothes out of the washer. It bleached half the load irreparably. Because it didn't have enough water in. It had the damn thing filled up to begin with it, they wouldn't been a problem.** The only light in that place is the lady that was still there at midnight and I think her name was Lisa? I'm not sure who manages this location, but they definitely know how to hire excellent employees!! Both Michelle and Brenda (I hope I remembered her name right) were not only extremely friendly, but also very knowledgeable. They gave me some great tips on getting tough stains and odors out of laundry. Will definitely use this location again!!! read more

The manager Luke was very courteous! He is very attenative to your needs. I will have to say I'm glad Siri told us about this laundromat, it is the cleanest laundromat I've seen in a long time! They have a tv to kill time and you don't have to worry bout anyone stealing your clothes. Mind you I'm not saying you don't have watch them, it's a nice place to do your laundry if you need to. It's what you would expect from a laundromat. It wasn't super busy on a Sunday afternoon, which was good and it located in a shopping center that has a few thrift stores and a Walgreens.. So if you are trusting enough, you can meander over while your clothes wash and dry. They have plenty of vending machines for snacks and drinks and a few arcade games for kids... And they have a television with cable that is usually on cartoons for the little ones. They also have a selection of current magazines for you to read while you wait. It's not in a bad neighborhood and the attendant was very nice. read more

I have been using their laundry drop of service and I could not be more pleased! The staff are all friendly and the service is great! Turn around time is always quick. The owner even gave me a great deal on washing multiple comforters and bedding. My clothes are always fresh, clean and folded nicely as well. Can't say enough great things about this place. Hidden gem that so many do not seem to know about with the laundry service which saves me so much time. read more

I would like to start by saying the staff is amazing all they way from Angela to Luke the manager. He was very kind in late of the owner Kelly making his job very difficult. I would bring 3-4 baskets of clothes each time to have washed and folded by the company. During this time we had 2 loads that got ruined over a few hundred dollars worth of Under Armour, Nike, Gap, Polo, and Old Navy to name a few. They did give me the 36.00 back that I paid to have washed but they wouldn't give me the money that they damaged my clothes. I was told by the owner Kelly that she is washing her hands of it. I have contacted an attorney and plan on taking her to small claims court. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I'm a local business owner and would never treat customers the way Kelly did. She definitely needs to get out of the business if she doesn't care about the customers. Plus she told me she needs to keep the clothes she ruined if she gives me a refund.
