I was a member here for YEARS! After visiting multiple times and finding unexpected closures due to mechanical issues, I opted to cancel last September and joined with a competing wash. My card continued to be charged until now and they refuse to refund charges, denying my cancellation, despite the fact that they can clearly see I have not visited their facility since last September. I have a monthly subscription (totally think that's the wrong word but whatever) here. It's convenient to my house and well... They wash your car lol. It's pretty straightforward. Vacuuming is free and you get a mini disco light session as you go through the car wash. I always put on some tunes and WOOSAH for those few minutes... It's awesome. In addition to the "free" vacuuming, they provide microfiber towels, glass cleaner, and machines that clean your carpet or rubber mats. Great monthly plans I recently moved here from Chicago and I love having a clean car. I went to a few local car washes and I liked this one the most of the automated ones. They have wash options up to $30. I like the free vacuum and the machines that wash your mats. They had a promo for the monthly plans and if you go at least twice a month, it's worth it! read more

I think I finally found a place to faithfully wash Beauty!!! I can't tell you how much this excites me!! I've had some sub par and horrible experiences at car washes in the last several months. I bought one of the unlimited packages. $18/wash and $30 a month for unlimited members. No complaints thus far. I'd pay an extra $10 a month or a nice tip each time for them to vacuum it and hand dry. Purchased it three days ago and did my 2nd was today. It rained yesterday and my tires had a lil mud on them! Wash me Fast is a great 3 minute car wash. Surprisingly, they even allow you to use their cleaning products like Windex and paper towels. The staff is also very friendly and will offer to help you vacuum your car. This is the best $5 car wash I've been to even even though the name makes me giggle like a 5 year old. read more

The entrance is a bit tricky as if you miss it, you have to go down a ways, make a u turn and come back up. Located near a busy apartment complex and Hey 41, be extra careful in this congested area. My experience today was lukewarm. When I told the attendant at the kiosk where you pay that I wanted the $7 car wash, he made two attempts afterward to upsell me to a more expensive plan. There is no need for me to have to say 3x, "I want the $7 wash." The wash did not clean the brake dust from my aluminum rims well. I got a rag and a spray bottle and finished them when I got home. Other car washes have done better. The body of the car was cleaned well, however. When I pulled around to the vacuum cleaners, I chose not use one because there was a customer there who was playing rap music at a loud volume. It seemed that every third word was something profane. I can't fault the car wash for customers' behavior, but it made the already unpleasant visit even worse. I just vacuumed at home after I finished cleaning the rims. read more

I wish I knew what happened to this place, I'll drive past several other carwashes to get here and usually I am very pleased with the employees and the car wash. However, today when I arrived the attendant who by the way looked like a high school dropout with his ragged clothes and ragged hair and goofy hat, Barely motioned me in to the car wash. I scuffed one of my wheels because he wouldn't direct me right or left, I guess he was just too lazy or didn't care. So, I went through the car wash came around to vacuum and the vacuums had very little suction, I tried two different ones. I mentioned it to the attendant and he said there was a lot of people using the vacuum. Once I finished with the vacuum I was going to wipe down my car, up wheels and tires. There were no towels I can't say I was surprised, when I went in and asked for towels, all for attendance or sitting on their chairs and one of them told me they would be in the dryer for a while and didn't say they were sorry and didn't offer any other help. I should've stopped at one of those other washes. read more

Kennesaw Location: Cobb Parkway If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been going to this location for years. I have TWO monthly memberships for both of my cars. As I pulled up today, I told the girl no brush on my car. She approaches my car with NO mask...I dont want to roll down my window bc she has NO mask. I put on my mask, crack my window, and say no brush. She says okay...I pull forward. She sprays my car and as I roll inside USES THE BRUSH ON THE BACK OF MY CAR!! When i get out, i motion for a young male worker with a mask to come over. My car is still dirty, and I let him know. I also ask for the manager and he says the girl with NO mask is the manager. I explain that I dont want to talk to her with no mask on. I ask for number to corporate or the GM or owner. He goes to get it, and she stops him and tells him not to give it to me. She also tells me she will not rewash my car bc I refused to talk to her. I explain that she is NOT wearing a mask so NO i DO NOT want to talk to her. I told her we are in the midst of a pandemic and it is disrespectful for her to be in a patrons face maskless. She tells me she will not rewash my dirty car and have a nice day. I explain that I have been a patron for years, have two memberships, and have NEVER been treated in this manner and ask for her name. She refuses to give it to me and walks away. I then took a picture of her, so I can provide this info to corporate so there is NO confusion about who treated me in this way. I will def be taking my business elsewhere. Rude employee refusing to give me what I pay a good amount for monthly which is a clean car. Also to be putting customers at risk by refusing to put a mask on and keep distance. Not to mention after she blew me off and I went to vaccum my car, she went around to every car asking others if they were good or needed anything. I know this because I saw a neighbor vacuuming her car as well, and I told her what happened. She was appalled as well and will be taking her business elsewhere too. So sad that we will no longer be able to support our neighborhood carwash. Too many options in the area to be mistreated! ALL BAD! Shame on her for running loyal customers away! In addition, I placed a review on Google in which I was asked to email customerservice@mammothholdings.com which I did and got NO response! The service this place gives is outstanding!!!! I didn't expect anyone to come up to me and ask if the wash was ok....but that's what they do there And if you are not satisfied, they take care of you as well. The wash itself is great!!! This is the only place I get my car washed and I never have problems nor has the equipment ever damaged my car or paint. prices are comparable, and do a little digging and you can find coupons. Oh and I don't know if they do this all year round, but the last few times I was there, you get a free soft drink with your wash!!! ya cant beat that!!!! This is my usual go to spot to wash my cars. Well, recently someone decided to do edits the membership accounts and now it does not work. The edit was an UPGRADE option for members that's already paid for services they want. Why the upgrade option when you can literally go thru the wash as many times as you want with a membership. Now I'm forced to honk my horn to get an attendant to help. Before, all I had to do was pull up and the gate would open. Change the system back to the way it was before please! read more

I had an issue with the the wash not getting the debris off my windows and the gentlemen not only let me rewash my car but helped clean the inside of my windows as well. Usually, this seemed like a great cheap car wash. I've enjoyed it's features such as adding protective liquid on my car, not to mention free vacuuming service. However, even when they allowed us to clean our car, they've shutdown the vacuums without our consent. What neglant service they are running, doing that unfair action. I would not recommend you to go to that car wash because they don't really care about their customers. read more

I have been to many car washes in my life. Some higher end to some very low end. This is by far the best experience I have ever had at any car wash. They handed out a bottled watter and even let you use there cleaning supplies and there is even a mat cleaner. Great place and great people. Excellent customer service. I've always gone to this place since it opened and without any problems. Then one day in November my car came out with sand all over it and I noticed my spoiler was all scratched up. I asked the attendant and the manager how my car could have sand all over it AFTER coming out of their car wash. They said' "I don't know". Then I asked them why my spoiler was scratched up. They said "I don't know" and told me it must have been scratched when I came in. I told them no way. They offered to let me run my car back through. I looked at them like they were crazy. No way was I going to subject mt car to their sandblaster again. They told me I was out of luck. I wrote this company. They never returned my e-mail. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They never replied to them either. I had a police report made on the incident. They claimed they have a photo of my car coming in with scratches on it. Funny why they never produced the photo. So, not only will they damage your car, they will blame you for it and then lie so they don't have to pay the damages. I woulnd't go to this place again unless I were getting my car repainted. I purchased an amazon voucher for $7.00. The indication on the voucher was that this purchase was for a hand wash, wax, and vacuum that was normally priced at $20.00. I can not complain about the end result of the wash, but it was entirely mechanized with no human involvement. The wax was included in the solution used in the mechanical wash. The wheel shine was also done by the mechanical wash process. The free vacuums were there for your use. The only humans seen were at the front end of the process when my voucher was taken and soap was brushed over the car. This was a very nice $5.00 value. $7.00 was acceptable, but it certainly was a misrepresentation as a $20.00 value. The voucher even suggested that you tip on the $20.00 value, so I had $4.00 tip ready, but I couldn't figure out how to tip the machine. read more

Free air for your tires, window cleaner liquid included. Restroom that is clean. They have a reward program for free washes. Free bottle of water with your wash and free vacuum.
