They have stopped washing off the grills and windshields so now you have to go through multiple times to get what you paid for....a clean vehicle. The prices are the same but the value has dropped. I started going to this car wash the first day. It opened years ago. At the time it was very convenient to have this addition to the neighborhood. This past summer I noticed less service and constant equipment malfunctions. The vacuums were hit and miss on if they were adequate to do the job. For the past two months, I have noticed a definite change for the better. New equipment in the tunnel and complete upgrading of the vacuum stations with towels available at every station. I also noticed a change in the pricing structure of the washes. (That can be found true in everything you do now). The value added service and upgraded equipment seems to offset the increase in price. I spoke to the manager, Antonio, and he told me that it is under new ownership as of two months ago. They are planning future upgrades also. Today I had my car washed, my headlights defogged, and a scrape buffed out on my wife's car. Antonio was very nice and let me know what they could do.. José did an excellent job. I signed up for one of the unlimited packages because I am convinced that they will do a great job in the future and are here to stay. Basically stole my money. They charged me almost $80 to detail and wash and the guy even read back to me what was going to happen/get cleaned. Got the car back and half the car was still dirty. The staff that work at our Arlington location are so friendly and professional. However, the technology and equipment is lacking. At last one piece of equipment in the tunnel is frequently not working. Took my car in on Saturday. I live right off of I 20 and pass it everyday. I normally go to Jerry's but did not want to fight the Cooper traffic. Paid $20.00 for a wash and still had to towel dry the car. I can take it to Jerry's and pay a lot less for the same result. I won't be back. read more

So disappointed in this place. I drove from Dallas to get my car detailed here. They left water spots on my car, dirt inside my car and my windows still dirty. When I brought the water spots to their attention they wanted to charge me more to get them off because they waxed over them. They wouldn't listen and lied to my face. When an employee chooses to lie and argue with a customer for 10 minutes then decide to get a manager because they weren't the manager but acting as if they were...your business has NO integrity! overall just not the best car wash. around 2 years ago i came in to wash my car and they scratched my paint. i went back and tried to demand a refund but they tried saying it wasn't there fault even tho my BRAND NEW car was purchased not even one month ago. Whenever I go and they do not write numbers on my windshield, I get a decent car wash. When they write numbers on my windshield, the whole front part of my car up to my windshield does not get washed. This has happened several times. They are about to lose my business completely! read more

Terrible. All of it. The wash and the service. Customer service is nonexistent. I sent a private email weeks ago and never got a reply. Went for a full service car wash. Did the basic wash with the vacuum and window cleaning. The outside clean was fine. The vacuuming was awful. There was a lot still left on the floorboards and they didn't bother even trying to get under or beside the seats. When I came back to my car, I asked the guy if the back was vacuumed, because it didn't look like it. He immediately starting saying that was extra. I told him I paid for the full service. He said, no it's extra if you want all the hair gone. Okay fine. Then I got in and saw black streaks all over my dash. So I snapped some pictures and he immediately came back, and again started telling me it was extra to have stuff wiped down. I said, okay that's fine, but then why are there streaks and smudges all over? He insisted they didn't touch the dash, but it was very clear they did, with a dirty rag. When I got home, I sent an email through the contact portal on their website, but I never got a response. This is the second time this has happened, so I guess shame on me. I've been coming to Wash Masters at least once a month for over a year. They are always professional, helpful, and make sure my car is sparkling when I leave. Having two dogs who ride in my car daily, there is always a layer of hair on my seats. They must use some kind of magic to get it all out. read more

My wife went into the carwash said it was very rough on my Brand New truck only 2 weeks old. She left went just down the street to get gas and noticed the truck was scratched from the front to the back on both sides immediately went back spoke with James the supposed supervisor that took a glance only to say that wasnt from his carwash (even though there was another customer right behind her with the same complaint. He refused to give any cooperate info and walked off. I have tried several times to make contact with the cooperate office with no avail. Paid $78 for spotty detail service. Had to point out to servicemen the areas that were missed on the outside. Didn't bother asking them to touch up the inside. I've taken my car here a couple of times. They have recently raised the price $1 and now their basic car was is $6. Still not that bad for a car wash but there are less expensive car washes in the area that do as good of a job, if not better, than this place. This place does offer free vacuums with every car wash but that is the norm these days. My most recent visit wasn't the greatest. I came in because I had this dead bug on my windshield that had been bugging (no pun intended) me for awhile. I finally decided to take it here to get washed and of course their wash didn't clean it well enough to remove it. The greeters at the card machines weren't the most friendly but that's fine with me, they were straight forward and to the point. Obviously the scrubber guy, the one who tells you to put your car in neutral and foot off the brake, didn't do a good enough job at scrubbing my windshield. I go here mostly because of its convenient location. There are places that are half the price, include vacuums too, and do just as good of a job. read more

EMPLOYEE SCRATCHED BRAND NEW TRUCK AND MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING!! We just went through in my husband's two day old truck. When we got to the wash my husband asked if he needed to take his antenna off, and the attendants said that they needed to take it off or it could be knocked off in the wash. They said they weren't liable if they scratched it. My husband said, "Well I trust you're not going to scratch my truck by removing an antenna." The employee then proceeded to scratch a 2 1/2 in line onto the hood of the car and scratched the paint off of the antenna by using pliers to remove the antenna. The attendants never acknowledged what they did and sent us through the wash. When my husband walked back up to talk to the manager he was told, "there's a sign that says you're responsible for removing your antenna." Manager was inattentive when my husband was speaking with him directing his attention to other people around. He did absolutely nothing to help make up for his employees incompetence. We also saw multiple vehicles come out of the car wash with their antennas still on their car. There are a half a dozen car washes within a couple of miles of this location. We have a choice in where we wash our car. We will never wash any of our cars here again. We will discourage all of our friends and family from washing their cars here. We would not recommend this car wash to anyone. read more

This is another business that I am really on the fence about. The main reason I go here is the location. The cheap drive through wash and free vacuums make it worthwhile on occasion. I typically find myself driving by here on my way home and that is when it occurs to me that I should was my car before I put it away. Unfortunately, the just as convenient Shell wash closed down years ago, so now, it is this one or I have to make a further drive past my neighborhood dealing with much more traffic on Cooper St which gets worse every year. I tried an expensive wash here once and found it was totally not worth it. The employees are sloppy and do a horrible job (basically nothing inside the car). They are also not easy to communicate with since they just don't care about their work. The cheap $5 wash which has now increased in price to $6 is the only option I will ever use here and even then only once every few months if my car is so dirty you can write "wash me" on it. It if is not that dirty you probably won't notice much of an improvement. That being said it is better than nothing and easier than doing the job by hand. You will still have to do the interior yourself with the free vacuums but that part is not so bad so long as you don't have to get out and put away your own extension cord and shop vac. Thanks to Yelp I just found out about the $3 wash at Jerry's Express so I am planning on trying them next time to see if their wash is any better since it is half the price and I'd imagine the quality to be similar but I'm not sure if it will be worth the extra time it takes to get there. I've never had any problems with things being damaged at Wash Masters but I have a small sedan with no pieces that stick out so half of the brushes don't even come in direct contact with my vehicle meaning it is harmless for my car. All in all I say do not expect to be impressed with this company but it's okay if you just do the basics. read more

After driving by this place numerous times, I decided to check them out. For a drive through place they're kind of pricey. The most basic exterior wash was $6. But I was not in the mood to get out of the car so $6 worked for me. The guy that you paid at the front was nice enough but when trying to upsell me on the tire cleaning service, he told me that my wheels were dirty. Well, if I'm bringing my car to a car wash it's already dirty. Way to be offensive and not sell an additional service. My grandfather taught me all about cleaning wheels and tires, so I much prefer to clean them myself. There's not much to it anyway as I keep my car clean year round. I went through the drive through and it was quick. So quick that I feared that my car wouldn't get clean. There was a bit of bird dropping that didn't quite get cleaned because the guys at the beginning did not really scrub that part of my windshield at all. When it was all over, I drove out and no one towel dried my car. Isn't that typical of drive through car places? The selling point for me was the vacuum. I love to vacuum my car myself and I had it for as long as I wanted and the cost was included in the cost of the car wash. Next time I will just bring a towel, although I'm sure with the Texas heat this summer I won't even need it. read more

Wash Masters has a convenient location, but that may be its biggest selling point. The basic wash isn't a great "fit" for either my or my wife's sedans, and at $5.99 you are paying a slight premium over other places in Arlington. I'm sure this depends on your car, but we've always left just a little disappointed - either the windshield has visible streaks or we have excess soap left or the bottom half of the car seems to have escaped being washed at all. Given that basic washes produce better results (for us) elsewhere at equivalent or lower price points, we haven't tried any more expensive offerings here. read more

First time I went the wash bent my antenna which of course I brought up and they said the sign that says lower antenna covers them. It's a full size truck. It doesn't retract. I kept going back but I took my antenna off before entering the wash. Been here about 10 times since and this time the wash left a nice scratch down the side of my truck. I asked the manager about it and he said it was not from this wash and looks like a tree did it!!!! GTFOH. A man (sounded a LOT like Gomer Pile) walks up and asks if we just want to vacuum our car. We said actually, yes. He says ok you can do that. My husband says do I just back up? He says no, you have to wash it - electricity ain't free. I'm sorry, what? He ASKED if that's what we wanted.... We just thought that was a bit uncalled for since he asked. Preface: I have tried almost every Express Type Car Wash establishment in Arlington and I have to say, this is one of the worst as far as the actual wash is considered. Pros: The staff that works there is friendly and tries their hardest to get you in and out. They even prewash your windows and rims before you go in. Also, the cars that were being hand detailed looked beautiful (and for the price of the details they should). Con: I bought the $18 Special with everything including the Buff and Shine. The Buff and Shine feature did not work, at all. It didn't even spin. Why would you make a guest pay for something that is broken? I got home and hand dried my car and noticed that it was still covered in dirt. It didn't look like the sides or front got touched at all. Conclusion: I would strongly suggest either Speedy Bee or Jerry's Car Wash over this one. read more

The cleanups on my Mercedes and BMW were mildly acceptable but the damage to my lifted Sierra is unforgivable. Filing a complaint with the BBB as we speak and the staff there couldn't care less. I've been coming here for months, i drive for lyft so i get my car washed multiple times a week. I had a subscription on one car and tried to cancel because i got a new car. I spoke to phillip, who i thought was the manager to have the old subscription canceled and a new one set for the new car. He asked me to come back the next day and he would take care of cancelation, get there, he was not there but the attendant canceled it for me, i advised it did charge and was told it would correct itself but of course it didn't. Tried to talk to the manager(a different person) who said nothing they could do and gave me an email. I emailed and have yet to get a response. It's been a week. I would never refer anyone to this place per unprofessionalism, the wash is only descent, vacuums don't always work not to mention they overcharged me, the subscription was $16 but they charged me $19. You know that thing about word of mouth, how 1 negative comment goes further than 10 positive ones... That is me going forward. read more
