I have been to this car wash for years and it used to work just fine but now half the stuff I pay for doesn't engage. The buff and dry, which is why I pay extra, has not worked the last three times I've been there. This time, I told the man that sold me the wash that it was not engaging and he said it has been working fine all day. Again, it did not engage but this time neither did the rollers that are cleaning with the soap. I'm done. I have three black cars that are always getting scratches some place, spoke to the manager Juan G. very knowledgeable regarding what is best for the paint, sealant, etc. He recommended several of their services, my cars look better than new! I purchased their monthly plans now I am saving money on my washes and getting other services at a discount. This has been an outstanding local business so if you are fussy about how your car looks or want to know how to make it look better talk with Juan or any of his assistant managers they have helped me tremendously. Good morning, my name is Mr. Holiday and I visited your location at 4311 S. Bowen, Arlington TX and entered the drive thru with my membership tag on my dashboard of my vehicle. I approached the scanner reader and the service agent (Jose) signaled for me to let my window down and began telling me that my sticker needed to be placed in the window, I stated ok but my window was damaged abs getting replaced and i would place it in the window later. Jose continued to overly animate about the sticker and telling me to chill out constantly I said you chill out as I pulled pass the gate. As I began entering the wash bay, Jose came and knocked on my window and said he's canceling my membership. Jose was very unprofessional to me as a paying patron and member using his authority over me as an African American men singling me out. I felt attacked, discriminated, and very embarrassed. I will take my business to an establishment that cares more about the customer and customer service. read more

First of all I have been a member at the Wash Master car wash on Bowen Road in Arlington Texas for 5 or 6 years. A few weeks ago I had my windshield replaced so when I went to get my car washed I asked for a new sticker. The cashier said he had to charge me $5.00 for the sticker and to activate it. I told him the card on file was about to expire and asked if he could update it so my service would not be interrupted. He took my card and did something, charged me $5.00 and gave me my card. Today I went to get my car washed and the cashier told me that my account had not been paid. I said yes it had, it came out of my account at the first of the month. He said it wasn't showing that on his record. I said so what do I need to do. He said give me a card and I will reactivate your account. So I gave him my card for the reactivating. I never told him he could charge my card. He gave me my card back and said it was only $5.00 today. I said for what, he told me for the rest of the month. I said I am not paying $5.00 I have already paid for the month . He told me I would have to work it out with the general manager. I said fine, get him over here. He told me I would have to go through the wash first because people were waiting. I told him no I wanted the gm before I went through the car wash. He said he would not do that. I reluctantly went through the wash. On the way over I saw the cashier going to the gm's office to talk to him. The gm came out of his office and looked at me and then waited for me to get out of the wash. I walked over, he shook my hand and I stared to tell him what happened. He told me they had no record of no pay. I said what does that mean. He then said let's go in my office. I followed him in. He then said we have no record of no pay. I said I don't understand. He said give me your credit card, I said no I just gave it to the kid outside. He then told me to get out of his office and he went outside. I followed him out. I told him I was going to call 911 because he was stealing from me. He told me to go ahead. I did not because I know the police have more to do than to come out for petty theft. I the told the gm I wanted to know who is boss is. He then told me he is the owner. I said I wanted my money back. He then started yelling at the kid to give my money back. He yelled at me and said he would, but first I had to pay for the car wash. I asked how many times do I have to pay for it. I said I wanted the other $5.00 they charged for the sticker and for the rest of the month. He started yelling again. The kid said he refunded the money to my card. He then said it did not have to escalate. I said yes it did because neither of them would listen to what I was trying to tell them. All they had to do was listen and we could have worked it out. Avoid monthly subscription. Car wash is adequate. I was a monthly customer for a couple years. They nearly always close the detail portion of the business earlier than their posted hours. When I asked why they do this their answer was, "We let the detailers go early if there is no business." So if you have already PAID for the detail (monthly fee) you don't count as business to them. read more

Terrible customer service and experience. We live on a gravel road so our car is obviously dirtier than normal city dwellers. They tried to charge us $10 extra to hose it off, which they do normally anyway. Based on the other reviews this doesn't seem to be abnormal for this place. Have gotten washes here before which were lackluster at best. Steer clear unless you enjoy bad service and a half clean car. read more

If I could give a 0, I would. I went and got my car washed a month ago for about $8. While I was going through, I heard a snap. When I drove out of the wash, my driver side mirror had been broken off. I got out, talked to the assistant manager, and filled out a incident report. The assistant manager said that they would call me, but the never happened. After waiting for a call for about a month, my mom called the place. She spent all day trying to get an answer, but no one picked up so she went in person. She talked to the manager/assistant manager about the situation and he told her that they don't do repairs on cars OVER 5 YEARS OLD! Apparently, there is a sign, but the sign is no where that anyone would be able to see! She asked if they really weren't going to do anything and he said no. She then asked why they made me fill out an incident report if they knew they weren't going to fix it and he shrugged at her. I went in for an $8 CAR WASH AND CAME OUT WITH A $250 BILL TO FIX MY CAR! HOW ARE YOU GOING TO BREAK SOMETHING AND NOT FIX IT?! I recommend going somewhere else to get your car washed because you never know what one of the machines will do to your car and they sure as hell won't be fixing it if something does happen! read more

Wash Masters car wash on Bowen and I-20 is LEGIT! I was using Zips on Little Road and I had to do a ton of touchups myself after I went through the car wash . Here at Wash Masters, every part of my car is clean & shiny when I get finished! The vacuums are super sucky, and I mean that in the best possible way! They hand-scrub all the bugs off the front of my car and the windshield and my backend before I even go through the drive-through part. And that's saying a lot because I just drove all the way to and from Colorado and to and from Corpus and I came out of the drive-through part totally bug-free ! I'm paying the same $25 per month that I was at Zips but this is 1 million times better! And right as I am writing this glowing review, this van pulled in next to me to maintain the equipment inside the wash! That was my biggest complaint at Zips: elements of the car wash would break and they would never repair it! read more

My husband went there a month ago to get his truck washed and a guy at the entry pay machine took my husbands card, ran it through the machine then said the machine was broke so m y husband would have to pay cash to get a wash. Husband left and went elsewhere because he had no cash on him. Husband went again today to wash the truck and the guy did the same thing again...took husbands card, ran it through and said the machine wasn't working and we'd have to pay cash. So husband left and went elsewhere again. A friend of mine went there today also and was going to get her truck detailed. They did the same thing to her BUT they said they could wash, detail & clean her carpets for $75.00. She has a brand new truck and didn't want the carpets cleaned so the guy told her that they could do that for her but it'd cost her $85.00 for truck detail & not clean the carpets. So yes, she left and went to another carwash also. Why pay $10 additional bucks for less service of NOT getting the carpets cleaned? Needless to say....none of us will go to this carwash ever again! Their pay machine is still broke after a month and the guy will only take cash? Who carries cash with them anymore? Me thinks the guy is skimming money from his employer. read more

I have been a customer of Wash Masters for over a year and pay for the $85.00 a month service. They are changing over managers and the new manager is horrible. Although during our conversation he gave himself a promotion from the manager to "co-owner", give me a break. I have never had a problem with any of the employee until this guy started there. The manager Jose that is being transferred to another store is amazing. Unfortunately with his transfer they will be losing valued customers. I was the only car there to be cleaned inside and out today and was told by the new manager that I am wanting to much, because I expect them to vacuum, clean my windows and wipe down the inside of my car. Which mind you IS the services they offer and what I am paying for every month. Because I am wanting the services I pay for, I was informed they no longer wanted my business. Fine with me, there are plenty of full service car washes in the area and I am sure they would be more then happy to take my money. I called the general manager Juan Guevara who had given me his card several months back, saying if I ever had an issue to call him, so I did. Apparently losing an $85.00 a monthly customer is no big deal to him either, because he never bothered to call back as he said he would. I HIGHLY recommend using another car wash. With Jose leaving it apparently is beyond reason to expect to receive the services you are paying for. It is much better to drive a little further to another car wash were they don't feel that expectation is unreasonable. read more

Paid for the Ultimate wash at $18 and did not get it. The foam bath didn't happen, the clear coat protectant did not happen nor did the buff dry. Not to mention those "brushes" beat the heck out of my car. The wash masters in Burleson does not do that and I get the wash I pay for! Will not be returning to this place though I gave it a shot even either the reviews I read because I have to believe for myself. Don't bother with your time or your money. read more

Had the worst experience ever at any place of business. Went to the self service kiosk to select a car wash. There was an employee standing right by it, trying to talk to us The driver put his hand out thru the window to motion for him to stop and told him to back up, to gives space, but instead he kept coming and got even closer to car window. Again we told him and motion to back up, but he would not listen. We roll up the window and he stood there right by our car, still not wanting to back up. It was obvious how uncomfortable he was making us. As a paid customers your employees must respect the wishes for distancing. "We are just trying to use the kiosk, if you don't respect that we will have to leave". That is went the employee jump up and down in a fit and screamed "Just get the fuck out. Turn around and get the fuck out". We turned the car around, and as we were leaving this employee had left the kiosk and positioned himself on the side were we were driving off with an electronic device, probably taping us and posibly disclosing our license plate, which is illegal. We will never come back to this establishment or to any location own by this company. We hope that any prospective customer that reads this review, thinks twice before they do bussiness, to avoid not having to endure the abuse that we received. read more

I'm an insurance agent. I had a customer come in this morning asking me why there was a claim on her policy. End's up there's a man at this car wash that upon seeing a nick in your windshield will ask for your insurance. "Repair" the windshield and then claim it on your insurance. My insured claims she was not made aware of his intent to file a claim and was under the impression that proof of insurance was required to proceed through the car wash with a damaged windshield. I put "repair" in parenthesis because you can still see the nick. Underhanded activities are afoot at this car wash. read more

Took my car to get washed a few days ago and when I pulled up behind the truck ahead of me the attendant threw a rope that was hanging out of the truck bed back into the truck cargo area and turned and looked at me square in the eyes. Truck proceeded into the wash bay and I proceeded after him. The rope that the attendant threw back into the cargo area got tangled up in the roller that washes the sides of the vehicles and stopped the truck from moving forward. My car on the other hand kept moving forward on the tracking system. I honked my horn repeatedly as the tracking system kept pulling car into the truck ahead. The car behind me got pulled into my back bumper so now my front bumper and back bumper are pinned in between these vehicles. This takes a little time meanwhile I'm standing on the horn and the attendant comes and looks and instead of shutting the emergency shut off he goes and gets another attendant. He then goes and gets (Jose) the manager. FINALLY the emergency shut off is deployed. Farmers and Allstate find the car wash at fault but (Jose) says the car wash is not at fault. Clearly he knows more than two of the biggest insurance companies on the market. I was issued a customer service claim by (Jose) which they are not honoring. I've spoken with reputable car washes and they all say standard operating procedures were not followed. As soon as the truck stopped ahead of me the emergency shut off should have been deployed. All of this could have been avoided if over watch attendant was paying attention but incompetence prevailed. If you value your car as much as I do this is not a car wash I or none of my friends and family will ever go to again! read more

Guy came asked for my key I asked him what for could not understand his broken English he drives my car without my permission. When I fussed about he acted like a jerk and obviously does not care about the customers. That attitude and driving my vehicle without permission warrants I won't be back. On 3/16/15 I took my car to be washed here. In the outer lane I didn't get a chance to select what I wanted it selected the silver wash for me. BEWARE OF WASH MASTERS located on I-20 & Bowen. Today, April 10, 2015 @ approximately 2:00 PM I had a fender bender inside WASH MASTERS drive thru car wash. The front end of my 2013 GS350 Lexus is damaged and needs to be replaced. WASH MASTERS conveyor belt malfunctioned causing a three car pile-up. The first car got stuck as he attempted to exit which caused the truck behind him, a Ford F250, to slam on his brakes. This caused me to run into the extended trailer hitch on the back of the Ford F250. The equipment shut down completely while a couple of employees conducted a walk through on both sides looking for damage and the cause of the malfunction. While conducting their inspection, none of the employees informed me of the front end damage to my car. The employees had to manually pull back the calipers of the first car by securing the wheel to release that car from the belt. I didn't know I had damage until I exited, parked, and got out to look. When I noticed the damage not one employee came over to speak with me or to any of the other parties involved in the accident. The other drivers and I traded information and we patiently waited for someone to attend to us. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I asked an employee was anyone planning to come out and attend to us. The employee told me to trade information with the other two involved and there was nothing more they could do. I then proceeded to return to my car and informed the other two involved what I was told. I then waited another 5 minutes before I asked to speak with the manager "Juan" who was aware of the situation but made no attempt to come out his office. He "Juan" did not come out his office until I sent someone in to find him. Juan was the least concerned, extremely defensive and very argumentative. He would not admit that his car wash malfunctioned even though an employee informed us that this was the 2nd time the equipment malfunctioned today. I told Juan what his employee said and he became even more defensive and wanted me to point the employee out. I told Juan that we (customers) are strictly dependent on the wheel lock calipers and conveyors to pull us through until the end of the wash is reached. I also told Juan that we have no control over our cars while in neutral and going through the wash. I had to call Arlington PD in order to bring attention to Juan that we weren't going anywhere until the matter was resolved. WASH MASTERS policy sign clearly states, "ATTENTION PLEASE READ: We are only responsible for...Factory installed, secure, and undamaged original equipment items on vehicles less than 5 years old etc... I explained the policy to Juan and he said, "It only pertains if they (an employee) drives your car through" I'm lost!!?? Juan did not cooperate nor show sympathy until the police arrived. Then, and only then did he bring us a claim form to complete. He is a major "ASS HOLE" and has ZERO customer service or social skills and does not belong in the customer service business. read more

I went to this car wash a couple of times before and purchased the $18 ultimate car wash package and each time they hand dried it ..they actually did a good job.. Today I purchased the $18.00 ultimate car wash package and the when i went to the drying area the attendant told me to pull into the self dry/vaccum area. I told him that i had purchased this PACKAGE BEFORE SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY DRIED IT FOR ME...He then tried to give me some lame story about an $18 silver package and that must have been confused..WTF why would you have an $18 silver and $18 ultimate package's dint make sense. ..they are the confused ones....he attendant tried to give me a brochure with all the prices, I told him I didnt need to see that and that I would not be back ever again... read more

Last week I sent my son to wash masters because we live around the corner and just needed a quick wash and interior clean. The car is a 2001 Subaru llbean that you would think is a year or two old. It had al slight wrinkle on the dash. During the cleaning process they used air pressure on the dash which blew off chunks of the covering. Then called my son over and said your car is ready, no mention of the damage. When my son complained they offered to refund the wash. I went back over and they were sorry for the damage, fill out the claim and they would file it and be in touch within 48-72 hours. They never filled the claim and didn't call me, I returned to the store and talked with Jose the manager 3 times, I was finally able to get in contact with Jose' boss Mark Soliman title unknown who offered me a months free car wash on any car and refund of 30 dollars. I've declined and said that I would be willing to accept a refund and 1/2 the cost of repair since there was a wrinkle on the dash. They refused although they admit that if they had not used the cleaning machine and just cleaned the dash with a rag no damage would have been done.
