On a separate visit, I experienced an unusual issue where what looked like small static discharges were forming along my sunroof during the wash (I have video of this). When I brought it up, the response from the front desk was minimal, they said they would "look at it," but didn't ask for details, review the video, or document the issue. There was no real follow-up or concern shown. I also had an issue with their membership tag not working. Instead of resolving it properly, I was given a loose tag from a sticker sheet to show at the gate. Since then, I've been questioned multiple times by staff asking where I got it and how I obtained it, as if it wasn't legitimately issued to me. This could have been avoided if the original issue was handled correctly. Overall, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. I haven't had a single interaction that felt helpful or even neutral, at times it comes across as dismissive. They also removed the kit that used to be included with the wax/polish tier, which reduces the value, especially considering the membership is around $50/month. I usually prefer resolving concerns directly with a business, but based on my experiences, I didn't feel that would be productive here. I've since canceled my membership and switched to another tunnel wash nearby, where the service, value, and overall experience have been significantly better. I almost went to EZ Clean Car Wash in Upland, but my dad told me it would be better to go to Good Tyme Car Wash for more bays, wider bays, less wait, and better pricing. Since my dad washes his car and my mom's car almost every weekend, he is definitely the subject matter expert in the area, so I took his advise and went to Good Tyme Car Wash. Pricing is $2.50 for 4 minutes or $5 for 12 minutes. They accept bills, coins or CREDIT CARD. Yay! I am team credit card. If you use your card you are committing to a minimum of $5 and an additional $1 for 1 min 40 sec added after the original time. I probably spent 15 minutes in the bay area since it was my first visit in a long time and I was still getting accommodated to the equipment. With each visit I am confident that I will work more efficiently. I just went with the recommended order: Tire Cleaner, PreSoak, Soap, Foaming Brush, Rinse, Triple Foam, RainX Surface Protectant, Clear Coat Protectant and then Spot Free Rinse. Some bays had the equipment labeled but mine did not so I had to observe which equipment went off when I moved the dial to the selected function. It definitely used up a lot of my time figuring out the equipment. Drying and vacuuming is not allowed in the washing bays and it is in another area in the back to prevent folks from spending too much time in the bays. I brought my own drying equipment and was easily to quickly dry up my car. A romantic outing with a rainbow for me and my baby on its' first spa day! I can definitely see myself frequenting this place for their equipment and decent pricing. It was really good bonding time for my car and I. Highly recommended if you don't trust drive through car wash or a third party for washing your car. I must warn you though... it was quite the upper body work out!

Going to express they checked it out and said everything is ok. I asked what they did he said they had to unfold the cover and attach it with some ties. I asked will this be sufficient and shouldn't it be replaced. He noted that wasn't necessary but couldn't confirm it would be "like new". Now if I have to replace its going to cost some $300 + labor. This is the first and last time I'm using Metro's express service or dealer service.

This car wash place assured me that all the stains (grease and ice cream) would be taken out and my car would be "like new". They only charged me $100, which I thought was a great deal. Turns out, they didn't do anything more than vacuum, shampoo, and add air fresher; those stains lived on. This brings me to Mountain View. I called ahead and the nice young woman on the phone assured me the stains would come out, as she expressed confidence in her crew. I paid twice as much as the other car wash place, but guess what? The stains are GONE! Also, my car, quite literally, looks like new (again)! I was ecstatic to see my car looking so nice again! My only complaint is that they don't have those plastic liners to put over your seats after a detail. This means I had to drive home and get my clothes all wet from the detail job. If they can fix this (and, as a fellow Yelper suggested, offer an air freshener), this place would definitely be five stars.
