We had a couple of unique, outstanding experiences. The first was leaving my purse outside by the vacuums and driving home. Over the hour, the staff took it in, alerted us, and stored it in a safe place. They couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The second was last week, when prepping my car before driving it through the wash, it looked like rain. A staffer, Paul, saw me rushing to clean my mats, expedited the process with taking them to dry them off, so I could get back in my car. I pointed out how I had just noticed something left under my car when I had a tire changed. He voluntarily removed it. We've had other staffers be kind, as well. IWash seems to care about its business and its customers' experiences. I'm not a big reviewer, but figured my experience is worthy of leaving the feedback. read more

5 stars for a carwash?! Yep it's true. My car was shipped cross country and it was dirty. For $16.00 it sparkles like new and I was even able to shampoo the carpet floor seat, have a fresh car air scent and vacuum. The staff was very friendly and the process was quick. Highly recommend this car wash facility. Only wish is it was a bit confusing to know what the difference was in the wash from where you pay but I knew this wash needed the best so it was ok. Among a zillion other things I've been on the hunt for since moving, a self service car wash was on my list. Particularly, the vacuuming out my car part that I prefer to do myself, thanks to my OCD tendencies. After way too much research on this first world problem, I landed at IWash and I am thoroughly pleased. First, the attendant who greeted us and pre-scrubbed my car before entering the wash did a great job and was in such good spirits in spite of working outside during a 95 degree day. Second, the touch free car wash did a great job, though for the heck of it I'd like to try the soft touch next time to see how it compares. Third, after my car was washed we made our way to the vacuum station and had no suction issues! Really, what more can you ask for. For $10, I'm a happy girl. read more

Great wash but more important the staff is top notch. I was driving out and they noticed that not all the mud came off my truck so they stopped me and offered to run it through again. I drove back around and before I went back through, the gentleman sprayed some solution and scrubbed the mud off by hand then sent me in again at no charge. I'm a customer for life. I recently had my car damaged in one of the iWash stalls. I pulled in the stall as normal and the machine began. Later on, mid wash, my kids and I felt an impact within the vehicle when the machine hit the rear of my vehicle. It proceeded to slightly lift the car up and then drop it back down. The machine should have stopped by this point but it didn't. Instead it kept going and we were worried it would hit again. I left that day with an indentation of the machine in my car and the owner, George Hetzel, is refusing contact with me or my insurance company. They are responsible for the damages and we will continue not backing down in our pursuit to make them accountable. He has dealt with previous legal issues at this wash & is very unprofessional. This business needs to be investigated and shut down until they can update their machines. I hope that this does not happen to anyone else! read more

My 4Runner was covered in salt and the wash did well on everything but the rear hatch. The rear still had salt around the license plate and Just above the bumper all along the bottom of the hatch. These are tough areas that a good spray would have helped with. The brush touched the rear hatch but I didn't see any direct spray of water or soap. Not a bad wash but for $15 I was hoping for just a little more. read more

Great car wash! This is the first one that I've been to that does a complete 360 around the car. There are a few cleaning options to choose from, personally I like the kitchen sink. Just make sure you drive in slow to get the benefit of the under carriage cleaner. It is suggested to do a pre-wash to remove heavy buildup of road grime and bugs using the green stuff in the blue buckets. Sometimes the owners, I assume, are here and will do this step for you. read more

WOW! After having nothing but complaints about automatic car washes for the last few months, it is wonderful to find one that goes beyond expectations. Yes, it is an auto and not some detailed hand wash but you'd be hard pressed to find a better job by either. I drove 20 miles out of my way to try this place and will be going back every chance I get. It's easy in and out at the traffic light. Pre-wash bug juice and brushes at the entrance. Choice of brush or brushless wash. I used the brushless and am delighted with the crud that came off of the Tahoe. Two thinks to keep in mind: 1. Blow dry is stationary and your exit speed will affect how well it drys the vehicle. 2. If you stay to use the vacuums or chamois your vehicle, move to a spot away from the car wash because the mist from the next wash will wet you down again and again. Wish there was one on my side of town. Now, my wife want's me to take her car over there. read more

I live out of town and needed a car wash and was lucky enough to happen upon iWash. This place is absolutely awesome. I have never seen such amazing results from a totally automated car wash. I was so impressed I followed up with the owner to give my compliments and I learned the following facts: 1. The brushes they use for your pre scrub are ultra soft (and more expensive than the usual ones) and will not scratch your vehicle. 2. They also offer a completely free service of a hand held sprayer of pre wash treatment that you can use all over your vehicle even before the car goes into the bay. 3. Their touchless wash bay has one of the most sophisticated machines available anywhere. It's from Europe I believe, and very few of these are available in the United States. 4. They double filter their rinsing water, and the results are amazing. Literally a spotless finish without the need for a hand drying. More expensive for them of course, but your car will thank you. 5. The vacuums REALLY WORK. Not just work. WORK. s Finally, a pro tip: If you can afford it from time to time, hit the touchless bay first, then, turn around and go through one of the regular brush bays. Reason is, while the touchless bay sprays the carnauba wax on the car effectively, the brush bays will work it onto the surface of the vehicle to give it even more luster. Bottom line: You greater Nashville folks are SO LUCKY to have this. I wish I could get one opened in my town. Go try it, and you'll thank me later. read more

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went the the car wash and vacuumed my car afterwards. I noticed the mangers approach the young black man next to me aggressive telling him to leave. The man young man was minding his bussiness and not being disruptive at all( also vacuuming his car ) . The workers ( one of the workers stated he was a manager, the peter griffin looking guy ) raised their voice at the young man even calling him " motherfucker , i don't care get the hell out of here " the young black man did NOT cause a scene he was being very cooperative even thought he did not deserve to be treated like that. I've never witnessed anything like this before and will not be coming back. The car was wasn't that great either. please don't come to this place, really isn't worth it and your not missing out on anything, just discriminating. Best Carwash in town!! I have been coming to iWash since it opened, and have always been pleased with how clean my car looks after using the touch-free wash. This is the only Carwash where you will find the "magic potion pre-wash solution" that literally makes your car shine. Earlier this week I accidentally left something behind that I set out while vacuuming my car. I didn't realize my mistake for a couple days, but thankfully iWash holds any items they find as a service for their customers. I am one that is very particular about having a clean car. The thing I like about this place is that unlike some of the automatic car wash places, they have station before you go into the wash that lets you scrub off your wheels and get rid of any gunked-on bugs/bird crap/that latte that some threw at you. The 'el deluxo' wash is just $10, and it is a very thorough touchless wash with minimal moving parts (so your car won't be destroyed). At the end, there is a set of stations with vacuum/car fragrance stuff. The vacuum is only a $1, really sucks (in a good way) , and actually lasts long enough to thoroughly clean out the interior of a full-size auto and the trunk as well. One nice note is that the wash AND the vac both accept cards if you don't have any cash. I would recommend bringing your own cleaning/shine wipes or tire stuff as they don't really have any - voila! You just detailed your car yourself for under $15 and you can almost remember the days when you weren't cleaning Cheerios and die-case McQueen cars out of every crevice of your life. read more

When I need a quick car wash, this is the place I go to. It's touch-less, so no big brush arms and the like to dent up your ride. They have 4 wash options starting at $6. The super deluxe is $10 and it gives you everything you need in a hurry. They have big brushes in cleaning solution barrels before you pull in to use yourself. Good for scrubbing bugs off the grill or brake dust from the wheels. After the wash, they offer vacuum machines and scenters. I believe they are card friendly too, but I've never used them. read more

Paid for the "winter wash" for a whopping $12. Drove from the car wash to the Publix down the street. Excited to get out of my car to see a sparkly, clean car - only to see virtually NONE of the dirt was removed during the wash. Yes, I realize this is a "touchless" car wash. That said, I still expect simple surface dirt to be removed. Nor should I have to use their brushes soaking in buckets at the start of the wash. For 12 dollars a pop, someone should be there to do it. Do yourself a favor and take a right out of iWash and drive two miles to The Dirty Car car wash. The premium wash is only $10, and they have free vacuums. They also have an attendant to brush off the bugs. Seems iWash has a few bugs of their own to wash off. read more
