Went Saturday afternoon to wash truck. Employee was talking to customer in express lane for 10…read moreminutes. Don't have any idea what the issue was but the lane was blocked and no progress was made with cars behind me. Monday I went back and both lanes had pylons in front of them. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper. Today I went back for a third time, and was able to wash our truck. The wash jobs are fairly good despite the girls not pre spraying both sides of the vehicle. At this point I just can't justify coming out to the facility to find it shut down or employees hampering the line of cars by holding up progress. Maybe I'm too old fashioned or set in my ways to deal with the younger generation.
