Don't have any idea what the issue was but the lane was blocked and no progress was made with cars behind me. Monday I went back and both lanes had pylons in front of them. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper. Today I went back for a third time, and was able to wash our truck. The wash jobs are fairly good despite the girls not pre spraying both sides of the vehicle. At this point I just can't justify coming out to the facility to find it shut down or employees hampering the line of cars by holding up progress. Maybe I'm too old fashioned or set in my ways to deal with the younger generation.

So I've had two memberships at take 5 in the last year and I have decided I won't be back. I just…read morecanceled my membership last week because the washes don't seem to clean all the areas of my truck. I pay $45 a month and it's supposed to come with wax, tires shine, wheel cleaning and more. When I come out of the was there is normally one section on my front passenger tire that has shine on it, and the underneath of my truck is filthy. I normally have to spend 10 minutes cleaning it when it comes out of the wash. Why pay $45 a month when you have to clean it yourself? There are a lot of others in the area that do a way better job. Save your money and time and go somewhere that does it all for you so you don't have to get out every visit.
