To make matters worse, if you want tire shine, you're expected to carry around a large 5-gallon container and apply it yourself, regardless of how much you paid for your wash. I spoke with both the general manager and the district manager about my concerns. Instead of showing any understanding or trying to make things right, they seemed annoyed that I brought it up. There was no apology, no offer to refund or comp the wash, and no attempt to address the inconvenience. I was simply told that "next time" someone would apply the tire shine for me. Unfortunately, there won't be a next time. While applying the tire shine myself, I ended up damaging a $100 pair of pants. Even after mentioning that, there was no concern, no empathy, and no effort to resolve the situation. I left feeling like my time and business didn't matter. There are plenty of car washes that charge less, provide better service, and actually value their customers. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location based on my experience.
