I recently moved to the area and was very happy with my first visit to Soft Touch. However, my…read moresecond visit was not only unsatisfactory but my car was also permanently damaged. Not only was the cleaning incomplete (trunk not cleaned, dash controls not cleaned and floor mats not cleaned) but the top of my dash, under the windshield, was scratched and sliced up multiple times. I don't understand how this could happen - the person must have been holding something sharp in addition to the cloth. I haven't gotten an estimate to fix it yet but I think the entire front part will need to be replaced and it will be pricey. I did call Soft Touch to tell them about my experience since they advertise that they are committed to satisfaction. I did receive an apploligy and was told to let them know if it happens again. However, with the extend of the damage, I don't think I'll be returning.

I went there to wash my two front floor mats after all the snow we had had, and I was pleasantly…read moresurprised that they had a blow dryer as well as the standard brush and high-pressure wash. So, all in all it took about 10 minutes to wash and dry the two front mats. I charged the fee but couldn't read the prices because they were weather worn. I then went back to the vacuums to sweep out the car and paid $2.00 cash. Next day I looked at my bank statement and saw that I was charged $15 just to wash and dry my two front floor mats. I was really pleased at first but after seeing what I was charged I don't think I will be back.

This is the newest one, and I…read morefreely admit I choose it because it's called Crazy Cat and the logo is a grinning cat in a red baseball cap. There are three wash levels for $10, $15 or $20. I like to go with the middle one. If you join the club, for the cost of two washes per month you can have unlimited wash plus free use of the vacuums. I don't wash my car so often so it doesn't make sense for me. It has one automatic wash bay, and four other "do it yourself" stations, one of which has a high ceiling for trucks and vans. I don't know what the fee is to use those. It's a short block down from the main street, easy in and out. I recommend you get a clean car courtesy of Crazy Cat.
