Update to My Previous Review…read more This is an update to my original review. Adding insult to injury, the owner's public response confirmed exactly why I chose not to return. Rather than acknowledging that customers can have legitimate concerns, his response was dismissive, defensive, and, in my opinion, unnecessarily demeaning. To address one point specifically: the owner states they "certainly cannot shrink a shirt because we do not put shirts in a dryer." That completely misses what I described. My shirts came back uneven after cleaning and pressing, with one side noticeably shorter than the other. Garments can become distorted during the dry-cleaning and finishing process through heat, chemicals, pressing, or handling--not just by being put in a dryer. The issue wasn't simply "shrinkage"; it was that the shirts no longer fit or hung correctly after being serviced. Instead of considering that something may have gone wrong, the owner chose to suggest that I was mistaken or confusing his business with another cleaner. That response speaks volumes about how customer concerns are handled. No business is perfect. Mistakes happen. What separates great businesses from average ones is how they respond when a customer raises a concern. A simple acknowledgment or willingness to investigate would have gone much further than attempting to discredit my experience. With so many excellent dry cleaners in the area, customer service matters as much as the quality of the cleaning. Based on both my experience and the owner's response, I cannot recommend this business.

The machines can also be paid for using an app you download with a credit card for convenience. I think it was around $4 for a medium washer (cold regular) and $1.50 for dryer (medium heat 30 min). The place is fairly clean, there are bathrooms, vending machines, wifi, neighboring wifi, tv's, music, comfortable seats, water fountains, lots of folding tables, laundry carts, and even a couple coin game machines. The place was not crowded when I went and then are even 24hrs apparently over the weekend. Hardest part is downloading the app. The shopping center it is located in is not congested and also has a Dunkin donuts and Publix.

I had 3 white articles of clothing, all from the same line, that had aged poorly and had taken on a yellowish appearance, not to mention having stains. I almost got rid of them, but they had been initially quite expensive and beautiful. I asked what could be done & the woman I believe to be the owner said she'd give it her best shot. Picked them up and two out of the three literally look brand new. The one remaining piece had a teeny tiny stain that didn't come out with her initial efforts, but she didn't want to give up and is trying one last time. Honestly, the article was so white and pretty that I would've been willing to take it with the microscopic stain, as it had even been lightened, but she was shooting for perfection. That's something that seems to be missing in a lot of businesses these days... Aiming high and caring about reputation. Two thumbs up to Cinderella Cleaners...they've never let me down!

The many washers and dryers were all clean and in good working order when I visited in early November 2023. My clothes washed and dried well without having to run extra cycles because of poorly performing dryers. That was a major plus and savings. This place loses a star because there were no laundry detergent or dryer sheets for purchase on property. Since I was traveling, I did not have my own. Fortunately there was an open Walgreens about 10 minutes away (I was doing pre-dawn laundry). I cannot speak to any customer service issues. I was the only one there at that early hour. Although the waist size itself was reduced, the way it was done was simply by folding and sewing the waistband, which created a noticeable bump right on my hip bone and made the jeans uncomfortable to wear. Because of this, I had to bring the jeans back to be redone. When I returned, the lady at the counter insisted that I had not paid for the service, even though I had already paid $59.12 for the jeans alterations. I had to search through my credit card charges to prove that the payment had already been made. Unfortunately, the top also had to be redone because the straps were not adjusted properly the first time. Throughout the process, I felt that my concerns were not really listened to. What was most upsetting was being spoken to very aggressively and even yelled at in front of my child while trying to resolve the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the quality of the work and the way the situation was handled left me very disappointed.

They do a great job with my shirts and my fiancé's blouses, with friendly customer service from the women who have served me. Located on the westbound side of Northlake Boulevard, just west of Military Trail, Premiere approaches dry cleaning with quality care. Additionally, they can do alterations, which I will keep in mind for when the situation arises.
