I went in to CVS to resolve a problem with my prescription sent over by the doctor's office. When…read morethe pharmacist was approaching, I noticed she looked irritated before she even got to me. When she did get to the counter, I told her what I needed. The pharmacist started yelling at me telling me she couldn't help me and to get out her pharmacy and go somewhere else. I don't think her name is CVS, so I don't know why she thinks it's her pharmacy. I spoke to her in a normal tone. I have no clue why this lady went bezerk. She was rude, unprofessional, and uncaring for someone who handles medicine for the public. She never asked me my name or anything to even try to go into my account to problem solve. I wouldn't trust her to fill medicine for a fish. I wouldn't let anyone I know or care about go there. This pharmacist should not be working with the public. She is the one who needs to go somewhere else but definitely not a pharmacy or anywhere where there are people.

We don't even have a local pharmacy near us, so if I need a prescription that can't wait for mail order, those are my two choices and Walgreens is closer to our house. Their pharmacy is understaffed and overworked. I feel badly for the people who work there. There is usually a line and people sometimes get rude with the pharmacist when it isn't really their fault. Corporate Walgreens should add more people. I will say the store is laid out well and is always neat and tidy. But, like the pharmacy, the other departments and checkout are understaffed leading to waits before you can leave. Personally, I like Walgreens for quick purchases. Unless I'm picking up a prescription, I find I go to other quick shops to get what I need and don't consider going to Walgreens.

I had to leave her in my car in order to bring the script in. When I got to the pharmacy tech I asked if he could have it delivered as my mom was in the car. He said give me a few minutes. I had 103 F fever and i order Oximeter and Infrared Thermometer for pick up at this location. When i reach this place, i called in to see if they offer curbside pickup (which usually most stores do these days) and the gentleman who answered the call said no i have to come in as he has to scan my order in order to give me. This gentleman tool good 5 mins or so to chit chat with the guy in front of me. When my turn came, he said sorry for the wait l. And asked me whats the name of pick up and handed me over the bag. There was no scanning involved ( which he told me on the call) and i walked out. People like this should be cognizant of the others condition and prioritize things accordingly. I did get the name of this gentleman but my pickup was on 5.29pm on 08.24.2022. If not taking an action against him at least he should be trained properly handled situation.

As a medical professional, this is necessary because there is an array of double and triple checks to ensure that the medicine is correct and has no interactions with other medications etc. Long story short, the pharmacy is not a fast food line..... Lastly, what prompted me to even write this review was a young woman named Veronica. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so helpful which I was trying to create some special photo gifts. She was personable, competent, professional, and so very patient. Such a great attitude, it was so refreshing. Veronica has such a bright and successful future ahead of her, don't let her go Walgreens!

An hour later I arrived and a lady is behind the counter, couldn't find me in the system but when she did, she said it's being filled in our other facility should be here tomorrow afternoon. I then get a Walgreens phone call saying they only have enough to partially fill it...now today is Saturday, still no prescription and they said should be Monday...no apologies nothing...infact when I even bought something there the cashier didn't even allow me to key in my phone number for points...I guess it's time to switch pharmacy...

I drop in here every so often for a 4 pack of Euro lager. They do a big business in lottery tickets…read moreso half the time they are selling tickets and not beer. The store is always clean and the beer prices are very competitive. The staff (usually one guy - the owner?) is always cheerful and he gives the correct change!! Some small places nickel and dime you - sad but true! This is a nice store to pop into if you don't want to deal with the enormity of Binny's or the Jewel. It is also conveniently located in the same strip mall as Tortorice's Pizza so you can grab some beer to go with your pizza.
