We reached out to Jon and the communication was on point compared to the other four contractors that we were in conversation with. After a very little conversation and a basic job walk Jon provide us with a great estimate and we went forward with getting the work done. Not only did Jon fix the 8 foot area that we damaged. Also, they caused some damage by being careless while mowing and not paying attention. Finally, after 2 months of extremely substandard performance, I was contacted by email with a bill and the statement that the company had taken on too much business and understood they had not been doing a good job or showing up at all as promised and would no longer be servicing my account. Unbelievable. I would be very careful contracting these folks for any work- if the quote sounds too good to be true it is!!
