I have been to Wash & Fold Coin Laundry twice, and this place is a solid place to do your laundry when your washer or dryer is down. There are lots of washers and dryers to choose from of different sizes. What I found surprising is that it takes $5 to use a medium-sized washer- but that seems to be pretty standard at all laundromats. Paying to use their washers and dryers is also automated as they use the Dexter Pay app which allows you to choose what dryer and washer to use, what temperature water, and how long to use the washer and dryer. This app is tied to your credit card, so you don't have to exchange dollars for coins. It is the small things in life that make me happy. I will come here again. It cost me $11.50 to use two medium sized washers ($5 each) and one large dryer ($1 for 24 minutes). I had to spend $.50 on extended wash for one washer.

They left a burn mark on my husband's dress shirt that he was supposed to wear on our wedding day and refused to do anything about the problem. I decided to give them another chance and took a pair of pants that I needed altered. They LOST my pants! I could not believe it. I came in with my receipt and they told me that they lost them. When I got upset they proceeded to raise their voices at me and tell me it's just a pair of pants! They then told me that in order to get my money back I would need to bring them the receipt for the pants and then they send it to the insurance and will let me know if I will get the money back. RIDICULOUS. I was planning to take these on a cruise the following day and could not even get a refund to go buy a new pair. The service is atrocious and I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau over the situation. I could care less about the 40.00 I spent on the pants. I went back on Sunday and it was in the same spot and still not dry. I decided to take my comforter home at that point because it was still humid and not clean since it was literally right next to the entrance of the business for a whole weekend. This is why I keep coming back to Lynda's where it's $1.60/shirt regardless if it's men's, women's, short sleeve or long sleeve. Also, the price here is the same whether you have it washed and ironed or only have it ironed. TIP: Turnaround time at Lynda's is 6-7 days.
