Also, the only one that did get fixed was also coming apart so I decided to bring them both again for the help. Not only did they denied that they had even worked on them (in a way just flat out calling me a liar) They insisted in charging me everything all over again. When I obviously refused but even met half way by asking for at least a discount, they totally denied helping me completely. The manager was simply the rudest asking me to leave without wanting to listen to what I had to say. He basically said, nothing will be done, you can go. Not once was I rude, or raised my voice. At all times I was cordial, just asking for some type of consideration and trust. I would never lie. It's a jean repair for gods sake! I Even asked them to check on their records from the past so they will see that the job was done on their location.. They obviously denied because they have no system and no way of checking anything from before. This will be my first bad review I ever post in my life. I believe that if you have nothing nice to say, it's better to not say anything at all... But honestly I was humiliated and called a liar... by some irresponsible and dishonest people and I won't take it. Mostly to prevent other people to go thru what I just had to experience. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! Worst dry cleaners ever! What a shame they have to be part of Coconut Grove. Not even trying to give me the slightest solution. I only leave items there that are "dry clean only" otherwise you'll get ripped off. This place is not only economical, but the job is always done right. Every item whether, shirts or blazers, skirts, to table linens and bedding, everything is pressed and returned to you like new. It's in a very industrial area of Hialeah as it's in a warehouse, but the owner and employees are always very nice when you drop off.
