Be careful with this place. They mistreat the dogs when the dogs "don't behave" or if they "cry" or "bark". We were told that the dogs have tape marks around their mouth after being groomed there. BE CAUTIOUS OF YOUR BABIES, listen to their behaviors. I took mines there once and until this day he is scared to even walk in front of that building. I did not stay. I told you my schedule didn't allow me because I never wanted to go back there again, that's why I cancelled the last appt. I heard about this new, small business in town and decided to take my dog Xena for a beauty day. She's a Siberian Husky who is not fond of going to the groomer and usually gets scared when I take her. This place had the opposite effect- it's a small salon and didn't have a bunch of fluorescent lights and cages full of barking dogs. The calm environment was great for my dog and she didn't get scared when I left her there. When I picked her up she looked beautiful! So fluffy, relaxed, and smelling great. Pacific Pet Grooming is under new ownership and unfortunately, it does not compare with Michelle's operation. My cavachon got a bath and "tuneup" there and did not look like he was groomed at all.
