We had a wonderful experience bringing Roohi here! I really appreciated that they are completely crate-free and don't keep pets waiting for hours after drop-off. They honor your appointment time and start working on your pet right away, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. A special shoutout to Stef, who was absolutely amazing with Roohi. She was kind, attentive, and did an incredible job with her groom. The team was super efficient, and Roohi looked adorable and was ready much quicker than expected. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a caring, stress-free grooming experience for your furry friend!

I absolutely love this place, our groomer Estefani is amazing! She is the best! Our dog can get a bit fiesty and she is able to work with him and do all his grooming services. I can't emphasize this enough but this is the best dog grooming place ever. From the staff to the way my dog leaves with a smile I couldn't ask for a better place to go to! Especially Aaron he's my absolute favorite when it comes to my dog Max he's gentle and patient with my dog. I will always be coming back and referring others to this place!

This place is fantastic!! I came with my friend for the first time to use the self serve dog wash and had an amazing experience Shawn the owner and the whole staff provided a welcoming environment and quality customer service from the start. I've wanted to check this place out for a while since a friend told me about it and I love it here! The space is super cute, the staff is positive and offered assistance if needed, and gave tips for pet safety/comfort before using their drier and table! I look forward to coming back. The champagne was just a bonus genuinely wonderful people and place even without the champagne

We took all three of our dogs to Bitches N Bubbles for the first time, and I'm genuinely blown away by how good the whole experience was, not just the grooming, but the customer service too. Everyone there was so kind, welcoming. Maddie groomed our Pomeranian and absolutely nailed it! the cut is perfect, the fluff is gorgeous, and the color came out so beautiful. Alex took care of our two Shih Tzus and did an incredible job as well. Their cuts are clean, even, and the little pops of color on their tails came out adorable. rom check-in to pick-up, everything felt easy, smooth, and super friendly. If you want a groomer who treats your pups like their own and delivers top tier results, this is the place. We're officially obsessed and will be back for every grooming from now on.

The coolest, hippest dog grooming spot around. Honestly, I'm jealous of my Golden Retriever Ruby for the luxury experience she gets here!! I was on the hunt for the perfect dog groomer and tried a couple of recommended spots in LB, Cerritos and Lakewood that claimed they could handle XXL dogs, but they always seemed annoyed at Ruby. She's a very loving dog who just wants to hug and spin around. I was paying over $200 for her to come back traumatized and sometimes even with burns from dryers. My first time at Bitches N Bubbles in 2023 was such a relief. Someone recommended them in a Facebook group and their name caught my attention. I called ahead and they kindly walked me through what to expect. They also made sure I submitted Ruby's vaccine records, which reassured me that they care about keeping every pup safe and healthy. Stef was our first groomer and explained golden retriever coat care and the undercoat in detail. She even apologized when Ruby came back slightly damp, because she noticed Ruby was afraid of the dryer and didn't want to force it. That level of detail and kindness was an instant green flag. Ruby now runs straight to Stef every visit, which says it all. Since then we've seen other groomers here too when Stef isn't available and they are equally loving. Just from waiting in the lobby I've watched other staff hug little pups and kiss them on the nose to comfort them. That kind of patience and empathy is something money can't buy. Once Ruby got sprayed by a skunk and they fit her in the very next day for a de-skunk bath, which is such a unique service to offer. They explained why you shouldn't rinse with water right away and completely saved us from weeks of stink. They truly do the works here: nail trimming, de-shedding, drying, teeth cleaning, and anal gland expression. On top of the basics, they offer fun glamification with bows, nail color, fur color and puppy perfume. Ruby always leaves with a complimentary bandana or bow and sometimes even head stickers. If they finish Ruby early and I'm not there yet, they have kennels of all sizes to keep pups comfortable until pickup. Their self-wash stations are affordable, starting at $15 and up depending on the size of your dog, with add-ons available and they'll even hand you a complimentary glass of champagne while you're there, which makes the whole experience feel just as special for the humans as it does for the dogs. Keep an eye on their texts and social posts, they're always sending out self-wash discounts! Professional grooming prices vary by pup size and by whether you book a basic wash, full grooming, or a specialty service. For Ruby, her basic wash has ranged from about $95-$130 depending on add-ons or special treatments, which is a great affordable price and keeps me coming back. The ambiance is just as good as the services. Parking is easy, I either grab a spot on the street or park at the grocery store nearby and pick up snacks if I arrive early. Inside, there's a cozy lobby for humans, a gate separating the grooming floor, and a clear setup with self-wash on one side and the professional groomers on the other. Everything feels organized and safe. The shop is spotless, with fresh water and treats always available, and they also sell luxury toys, leashes, and accessories for pups. Booking is easy through their website, Square Go, Yelp, or Instagram. I can pick services, add-ons, and even choose our fave groomer. I love how they can even text confirmations, check in if we're running late, and let me know when Ruby is ready. It's seamless every time. I can't stress enough how important it is to find a place that treats our fur babies as if they were their own. Stef is the best with our baby Lucky! We first brought him in when he was 6 months old and he was super anxious and scared. It was to the point that we couldn't get him to calm down. Stef was able to groom him so well despite his anxiety and did an amazing job! We brought him back again yesterday (9 months) and she took him in right away and did a great job yet again. Where do I begin? The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by Kyla (who happened to be who we were scheduled with). My ElliGirl took an instant liking to her. We chatted briefly and I let Kyla know I wanted every service available for my baby. She did not try to upsell services, even though I would've gladly agreed. EL & Kyla went to the grooming area and I set myself up in the waiting area to watch a movie on my IPad. Did I mention they have free guest Wi-Fi? I was also offered beverages several times and checked on to make sure I was well and comfy. The entire staff was friendly & so we're most of the clients. One client even sat and chatted with me while he enjoyed a nice flute of champs. I snuck peaks at my baby girl who looked pleasantly relaxed each time I played spy. It looked like a total spa day for her. When I knew she was almost done I went to the nearby market. I was completely unmissed because when I came back my little girl was still happily vibing with her new friend. I saw people use the self service wash which looked amazingly stocked. I usually self wash my baby somewhere else, but decided she was at a point where we would both benefit from a real groomer. So glad we did. When all was said and done Elli looked amazing! Her double coat was fully blown out! Shiny shiny shiny! Her nails were beautifully trimmed. She came out happy, bandanad, bowed and bedazzled! Total love this for her. I can't recommend this place enough!! They are so good and gentle with your pets needs. I took in my rescue 6 month old Pomsky for her first groom and they made sure that her comfort was their first priority. Walking in the place looked clean and smelled nice, and was greeted nicely by staff. I looked over to all the other puppies getting groomed and they all looked relaxed and I could tell the groomers were handling all dogs with care. I do truly feel that when I leave my dog with them that she is in safe hands. We had our first grooming with my new adopted German shepherd Koda today. Alex did a great great job with my boy who can be anxious at times. Only took about 1 hr for the deshedding, teeth cleaning, nail trim, ear clean, and anal gland expression. Our price was a good value at $115. I could tell Koda was comfortable with Alex which was most important to me as Koda has been through a lot lately. Belle had her first grooming today with Aaron and she came out so happy! She smells so good, feels so soft and had no signs of distress at all. I have previously taken Belle here and use their self grooming services but this time I had wanted to have one of the lovely staff take over because I'm sure Belle is tired of me giving her baths on my own . When I came to pick her up, she seemed pretty content laying on the table and definitely didn't want to come back with me. I'm pretty sure she would have stayed with everyone if she was given the chance and was given treats too which makes me feel comforted. I knew from the first time I came in for a self service bath that this was a great environment and I would be back again. Aaron was very kind, caring and sent me a text when Belle was ready and gave her some treats afterwards before we left. I will definitely continue to bring her back! 10/5 stars!!! I brought my furbaby, Kodak, here for the first time after relocating to the area and not knowing where to go. I was a bit nervous since grooming isn't Kodak's favorite thing--but wow, was I in for the sweetest surprise! The staff here are incredibly kind and gentle. They took such great care of Kodak that when I picked him up, he was the calmest, happiest, and smiliest I've ever seen him--especially after a grooming session! I've noticed most clients are small dogs, and highly recommend this local spot for their great service and reasonable rates ($15 for aforementioned nail trim; most big box pet stores charge $20 minimum). The front section is for haircuts and pedicures, and back section is for baths and spa treatments. Don't forget to pick up a beef or salmon treat for your pup on the way out!

Unfortunately, my experience left me very disappointed. I was quoted a base price of $120, with the first 30 minutes of dematting included and any additional dematting billed at $1 per minute. I understood there could be additional charges if my puppy required extra work. However, what I did not expect was for the cost to continue increasing without any communication. Around 8:40pm, I checked in and was told they had just started drying him. Based on that update, I told them to take their time because I believed the appointment was nearing completion. I was never contacted to let me know the bill was approaching several hundred dollars or to ask whether I wanted them to continue. Instead, my puppy remained at the salon until approximately 11:15pm, nearly seven hours after drop-off. After waiting all evening, I was the one who finally texted to let them know I was coming to pick him up because the appointment had gone on far longer than expected. I also let them know it was okay if he wasn't finished, as it was already very late and the appointment had gone on for nearly seven hours. When I arrived, I was told they had spent four hours dematting him, resulting in a final bill of $400. What was especially frustrating is that, despite the lengthy appointment and significant cost, the groom was not completed. I was offered the option to bring him back another day to finish the service. I understand that severely matted dogs require additional time and that groomers deserve to be compensated for that work. My concern is the lack of communication as the cost continued to climb and the amount of time my young puppy spent at the salon for an unfinished groom. A quick phone call to discuss the options or to place a limit on the charges would have gone a long way. I do want to acknowledge that Sivan was kind and professional during our interactions. My concerns are not about the friendliness of the staff, but rather the communication around the cost, the length of the appointment, and the fact that the groom was not completed. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning.

Elle clearly knows dogs, haha. But when I picked her up, she couldn't be more chill! PARKING: So turns out you can stop at the red loading zone right in front for pickup/drop-off, & Elle even explained that if the police pull up, they'll bat for you as a client who was literally unloading a dog, LOL. I didn't see the text about the loading zone & ended up parked a few blocks down the street, because parking in this area is a struggle. Use the loading zone! Save yourself! I had such an amazing experience at Bitches N Bubbles! This place truly has everything you could need to pamper your pup--from great shampoo and conditioner to nail polish for a little extra flair. Ot is very affordable without compromising on the experience. The complimentary champagne while washing your dog or waiting for a grooming session is such a nice touch--it made the whole visit feel more like a treat for both me and my dog. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. It was such an easy, fun, and stress-free experience. I recently took my dog Kobi to Bitches & Bubbles, and we had a great experience. From the moment we walked in, the place was clean, smelled fresh, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The biggest thing for me is how my dog feels after grooming, and Kobi came out happy and relaxed -- not stressed at all, which says a lot. He smelled amazing and they did a fantastic job overall. You can tell they really care about the dogs and take pride in their work. I'll definitely be bringing Kobi back and would absolutely recommend Bitches & Bubbles to anyone looking for a great dog spa. read more

Adopted our doggie from the shelter which includes having a dog with certain traumas that I did not know about. After couple months of taking her to another grooming place they could no longer see her because of her anxiety around other dogs. As an owner I was anxious myself to take her to a new place but since day one this place has been amazing with her. Kody is absolutely amazing! My dog always comes back looking so handsome, clean, and clearly well cared for. You can tell Kody truly loves what he does--he's gentle, patient, and pays attention to every little detail. My dog is always calm and happy after his grooming, which says everything. The customer service here is great!! Loved the atmosphere! I am a groomer and i wanted to groom my own dog and i did, the bathing area is very professional and i was able to bathe my dog at ease. I recommend this place to both groomers and non groomers! They do offer full services and self services! read more

Thank you for your reply Shawn I do understand her expressing my dog was difficult but to keep repeating it over and over and to even say " I try to forget the difficult ones" doesn't feel good to hear as a dog mom. Makes me feel like my dog was being mistreated. read more
