I went to their website and found two other dogs I was interested in seeing also. I filled out the online applications and it said someone would be contacting me within 72 hrs and to notify my vet to that someone from there would be contacting them. It has been a week and I have received neither a phone call nor email from the humane society. I checked online and the puppy i was originally interested in is no longer available and the two other dogs still are. I won't jump thru hoops with them again just to get to look at an animal only to never be contacted back. I will go to the animal shelter and/or pets mart so I can see the animal up front and make a decision if I want to proceed with an adoption from there.

While I have met 2 wonderful cats of whom I adopted at this establishment Catista (Callie) and Copycat (Bashful), I cannot excuse the way management operates this establishment. At one point I came here to adopt a cat by the name of Chocolate Fudge. To make a long story short, this cat was not having good synergy with my household and showed no signs of getting more comfortable. Since I don't have a car, I paid $100 for a round trip. This trip was to A. Return Chocolate Fudge so she can find a better home than me since it's the responsible thing to do, and B. Find a new cat to adopt. They refused to serve me for the adoption on that trip based on their personal views of "Oh it's too soon to adopt another one". Isn't the point of adoption is to give these animals a good home so long as the adopter is a good person? Not waste adopter's time with your personal views? Months later, got a call from this establishment asking me to relinquish my registration on Chocolate Fudges microchip. I said "Seriously? You waited for months to ask me for this? Not on the spot? It's kinda not my issue now" but eventually consented to it. Eventually after getting a ride from a buddy, I came to adopt another cat for me an my husband to enjoy. APARENTLY they wanted to be all passive aggressive with me about my first review and waste my time for AN HOUR while forcing me to swallow my pride and apologize. AND leading me to delete my original review for this place. All so they can tell me same visit adoptions are no longer a thing management allows and for me and my husband to go home empty hand despite having a history as a wonderful pet owner. Talk about petty. Now this update review is your karma in spades. I eventually sent my friend as a decoy to adopt Kirby (Thor) FOR ME in which the papers and cat can be legally handed over to me to bypass the bull crap. This place tried to prevent me from adopt this cat but Joe Felix Rosenburg ain't stupid. I'm not coming back here. I may have adopted some winners from here before, but even good businesses will be ruined by terrible management. I will be finding a new place to adopt future pets because I do not support adoption clinics that puts their morals and values above what is right for the animals. And I'm especially upset that I had to swallow my pride, and apologize just to STILL be sent home without a cat. As a Level 8 Local Guide, I'm giving this place a 1/5 Stars.

I went in today for the first time and saw a patio set that I really wanted with no price. So I…read moreasked if it was available still and was told they just got it so it wasn't priced and to just call and see if it had been priced. I called every 1hr and kept being told no we haven't priced it and finally got told it had been sold 30 mins after I last called. So if you see something not priced don't waste your time. You would basically have to camp out there until they decide to put a price.

They have Wags to Riches merchandise in one corner of the store just to support the business. Overall, I was truly not impressed with the store selection since it was pretty Bare Bones. There was plentiful parking around the building. Staff here was pretty friendly as well. This place has a dressing room as well if you want to try on some products. This store has no selection of men's clothing or apparel at all whatsoever. There are no public restrooms here either just to forewarn you before entering. Overall, I was more so unimpressed with the store than anything unfortunately.

They are not vetted coming in to the rescue or before adopting out. Many are adopted out before quarantine amount of time. Which doesn't matter because there is basically no quarantine protocol here. Everyones birds are welcome, she boards many, many birds for people and doesn't require health checks. They are also not only boarded with the cockatoos in her rescue they are with any new birds coming in. So if you have a healthy bird there's a good chance it will fall ill being around others that could be harboring diseases.

This rescue center is absolutely amazing. Their care for these amazing birds is their top priority…read more They are very caring and want the best for the rescues. They are only placed in loving homes that think of their parrot as part of the family. The rescues are spoiled and much time is taken with them u til the perfect family is found.
