A month later, having received no communication - I followed up and 'Janet' showed up. Dr Ali and her dental assistant team her team were excellent, thorough and professional in their interactions. At the beginning of the first meeting it was explained that Invisalign wasn't covered by insurance, which included a whitening treatment as part of the procedure. Oddly, no cleaning nor annual examination were offered during the 18 month treatment. It wasn't until that final appointment and after cleaning, X-rays etc., was I told the whitening wasn't part of the plan I'd paid in advance for. Be aware that while quality of care is good, the office management and billing team are uncommunicative, illusive, inconsistent and we caught them attempting to push claims through our insurance company (according to our insurance) despite telling us they don't take that insurance and asked us to pay in full up front. On multiple occasions appointments were moved or adjusted by the office, all of which were during regular working hours for most people... I found Brian Warner (same address and phone number) open on Saturdays. I called around 9am and got Dr. Lynch's office. They were able to see me at 10am. Dr. Lynch was super friendly and hospitable. She performed a periodontal treatment on the gum and then recommended I come in for a cleaning this upcoming week. When I went to pay, the receptionist did not seem to know what she was doing, took my insurance and credit card and billed me 20% of the bill and said they would call me if that was the incorrect amount. Although my mouth was numb the rest of the day, by Sunday I was feeling 100 times better. I came on Yelp today to read Dr. Lynch's reviews (since I only read Dr. Brian Warner's prior to my first appointment with Dr. Lynch) and now I am concerned and considering canceling my upcoming appointment. I can definitely believe that the office has billing issues based on my experience Saturday, but these reviews reiterate that thought.
