Ever since my daughter has started at Washington Kid Care & Learning Center, she has excelled exponentially. She has developed so much in the past three months, more than I could have ever imagined and hoped for. I am amazed by her growth and development each and every day. She is happy and excited to go to school every day and there is always a smile on her face when she comes home. I love this daycare. The women who take care of my daughter on a daily basis are mothers themselves, and as a relatively new mom, I value and appreciate any tips and advice they have for me. My husband and I are pretty new to the area we just moved to Washington in August when I was 8 months pregnant. We looked at a couple of daycares in the area but Washington Kid Care was by far our favorite! Washington Kid Care was definitely the most cozy and relaxed. I love that all of the staff are parents themselves whose goals are focused on making my kids happy and encouraging him to be kind. I was obviously, like any new parent, nervous enrolling my son into daycare. This decision was the best one I have made as a new mom. I carry him in every morning and he immediately locks his eyes in on his friends and smiles ear to ear. He could honestly not care less that I am leaving once he sees his buddies. My son loves the big kids! The daycare also mixes ages at certain points in the day which I absolutely love. To be honest, I think that is what eventually encouraged my son to crawl and walk. He just scooted across the floor to get closer to the other kids and their toys. Besides the social aspects I love that every day I get a report letting me know what my son ate, how much he slept and most importantly his favorite parts of the day! The staff is amazing and always share pictures of him having a good time and send him home with artwork he does during the day. This is a staff that truly cares about the kids. read more

The teacher to child ratio is ridiculous. Although a few care givers were great the majority of them shouldn't be allowed near children. They are constantly yelling at the children and talking down to them. I eventually Had to pull my child due to a bullying incident that the director initially ignored. I had no choice but to report it to the local authority in which the director then blamed my child. After pulling my child, I was still being billed. Its said to say but I will never recommend this daycare. read more

This school was my daughter's home away from home! I am go happy that we chose this school as our daughter's daycare from when she was 6 months old until she went to kindergarten! The teachers are amazing and gave her so much love! She learned so much and she was incredibly prepared for Kindergarten! read more
