This was a significant inconvenience, as I had set aside time specifically for the scheduled service. I contacted the company afterward to address the issue and was particularly disappointed by their response. The company has a stated "no-show" policy, but despite the fact that the missed appointment was on their end, they were unwilling to honor that policy or take meaningful responsibility for the inconvenience caused. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope management will review how missed appointments are handled and ensure that customers receive the same consideration and accountability that the company expects from them.

He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

He kept harassing her after she said she wasn't interested in any services. He rode past her and bumped into her arm. My wife has balance issues due to a stroke and it upset her and she had trouble getting steady on her feet afterwards. After I asked him to stop riding on our grass he harassed me about pest control services and I had to tell him numerous times I wasn't interested. I think someone needs to talk To him about respecting people's property. If I need any pest control services I know who I won't be contacting.

Preventitive traps have been set for the rodents. We've never had a problem with the carpenter ants or rodents - unlike our neighbors. About 2 or so times a year we do have an invasion of "sugar ants" that seem to come in through a kitchen window. Venabales comes out within a few days of my call, sprays outside and has left ant traps. Problem solved! They always call a few days before the scheduled service then the technician calls to letus know he's on his way. All in all, our investment is secure as possible from "invasions".
