They close at 6 and I asked them if I could come by 4:45? Sure! Their waiting room is nice and clean with a coffee machine and water cooler. So they started working on the car immediately and told me that my car recommendations are synthetic oil, more expensive than regular. I asked them how much? They said $92 and I could change the oil every 5,000 miles instead of 3,000 if I bought the regular. They also said they can use regular oil which would not really make a difference, that's all they had to do was change the viscosity and that would be $52. I decided to go with my car recommendation and chose the $92. After a half hour it was done. Total price $92. That included oil change oil filter change to off all fluids and put air in all 4 tires because the low tire light was on. They said I didn't need to change my air filter because it was fine. Honesty is very important to me and I was impressed they didn't change the air filter when it didn't need to be changed. I think most other places would have. I will be in 5000 miles for sure!! Two days later I finally decided I was gonna check the oil and there was this white gunk that looked like snot on the end of my dipstick. I immediately went to Jiffy Lube and was gaslighted into supposedly thinking that it was engine sludge. Now I do have a 2011 terrain. But we just had a new engine put in five years ago. My gas mileage is actually 80,000 miles lower than my meter. But they still tried to tell me that this gunk was engine sledge, which is normally black. They did try to upsell me for my original visit and I said no to extras. But then when I brought it back with this problem, this young guy sat there and argued with me that they didn't do anything and that this was normal for an old engine. I feel like they took one look at me and said oh it's a female she doesn't know anything, let me tell her anything. I ended up taking the car to the dealership. They had to completely flush it out, and redo the oil change with the correct oil! I don't even want to say how much that cost!! So I definitely will not recommend them, in fact, I will adamantly tell people not to go there! Very disappointed and it was an expensive lesson. After said repairs were done, it still leaked. was advised that it was the water pump and that they were not interested in doing the repairs. They put stop leak in it to temporarily seal the leak. Dumb move as that process only causes more issues. clogged water jackets internally, clogged heater core and radiator. although I drove the car to the shop I was unable to drive it home. broke down twice do to water pouring out. Picture is what it looked like as I finally made it to my parking spot. 780.00 dollars for what? Replaced water pump myself as the car was now totally broke down and had to replace a clogged up radiator. I am sure more damage due to stop leak installed by shop is yet to come.

This shop tries to scam customers who they think don't know any better…read more Had a car with the tire pressure light on. Doing some online research I figured it was due to the TPMS's battery was low and thus needed to be replaced. I have previously gotten one replaced at another shop for only $60 including sensor and labor. Only $25 for the labor if you bring your own part. Neely's tried to charge me $160 for just a 'diagnosis' which is literally a 1 min check with a diagnostic tool to find out the battery levels of each TPMS. And then they 'recommended' to replace all 4 sensors at once when that is totally unnecessary as all 4 TPMS's battery nearly never runs out at the same time. Then they want some more money for an OEM TPMS sensor when a universal Autel TPMS is less than $30 on Amazon. And Neely's will NOT install a customer provided part, even if it is brand new. Not to mention the mechanic I spoke with looks like some gang member and was super rude at that. AVOID these scam artist. If you want an honest mechanic, reach out to me and I can hook you up with one.
