It was our first time using A.A.P and can't type enough adjectives to describe the experience. Those dudes are awesome. If there are any ladies that work there, I'm sure they're awesome, too. Except I mostly corresponded with Johnny via email. My story: i had my daughter take her 2012 Accord EX-L V6 for a MD state inspection at another shop. Just to get an idea of the state of her car. She's a bit...clueless... when it come to cars. So I wanted to have a good snapshot of the overall health of the car she drives on a daily. Anyways, the Results of the inspection were that the car needed 4 tires, both rear struts, rear brakes including both rotors and calipers and a few other smaller details. I talked to a friend, that recommended Airpark Auto Pros. My daughter had a friend who had a friend that owned a shop near by as well. My daughter was going to take the car there initially. I said "HOLDUP, wait a minute..." On Tuesday, out of the blue, I email AAP/Johnny, the list of repairs needed and asked him for a detailed estimate with parts and labor. He Promptly responded with a detailed estimate. I was a bit surprised. He didn't try to persuade me to bring the car in or anything like that. I was like "Damn, ok. Well this is our guy..." Wednesday morning I informed Johnny we were going to elect him to service our car. We made arrangements for Friday and dropped the car off Thursday late afternoon. My daughter was really impressed because the person she spoke with said to her that they would stay after hours on Friday if need be, so that she could get her car back by Friday night. Fast forward Friday afternoon and the car was ready for pick up! Johnny emailed the invoice along with a detailed report of other issues that needed addressing in future. But without pressure to get the repairs done or without trying to sell us any extras. The list included some minor leaks, air filters, fluid changes and control arm bushings. Just so that we would be aware. Again didn't attempt to sell any repairs. Pressure free. I appreciate that. My daughter enjoyed her first big experience in the world of auto maintenance. This round cost us a bit over $3000 (She did not enjoy that ) Needless to say but I'll say it anyways, AAP estimate did come in slightly less than my daughters friends shop. BUT! that wasn't the reason we chose AAP. It was off a word of mouth recommendation from someone I trusted and they didn't disappoint. My daughter said that AAP is definitely her go to shop for all things automotive. She also said the place was really clean and the waiting area had a nice aesthetic. Bottom line is I am 100% glad we chose Airpark Auto Pros. First impression is that these guys are trustworthy and totally qualified to be a bonafide kick ass shop. Hope this review helps. I waited a month before posting anything specific. All I can say is that my daughter's suggestion to give Airpark Auto Pros a try was incredibly fortunate. My Jeep was in pretty bad shape, but being there is no vehicle right now that I would like to drive I would much prefer driving my 10 or 11 year-old Wrangler with 240,000 miles for another 3 to 5 years until the auto makers and policy makers, get their act together regarding hybrids and battery operated cars and hydrogen operated cars and solar operated cars, etc. etc. etc. My drives great. Not to say there aren't one or two things that I should've had addressed or were addressed percent where I'd like to be but there's also 200 things they fix that are working perfectly. in fact, for the first I took it on the highway one day trip up to New Jersey, and when I came back to my incredible surprise, my gas mileage was almost 27 miles to the gallon. Now those of us who know, and our Chrysler in general are not always fully trusting of these mileage indicators. But they constant and the reality is after getting it out of the shop. I'm getting 7 miles to the gallon more than I was getting before. Also for full transparency, I spent more than the jeep is technically worth but this jeep is worth to more than I could spend $45,000- $75,000 on new. unfortunately, I am a human being and I apologize for that this now by just saying these guys have been up they let you know what's going on. I had a little bit of an issue and that some of the parts weren't readily and I about that but they were very transparent about what was going on and that's all I can ask for and they are great bunch of people, you got a new customer for life read more

I had a very pleasant experience. I was initially surprised that my oil change was going to take an hour, but it turned out a thorough multi-point inspection was included in the price. There was a bit of a hiccup, but it serves to illustrate the professionalism of the shop manager. AAP offers paperless invoices and I said yes because - trees. That inspection report I mentioned? I didn't find out about it until I got home. When I read the invoice, I saw the line Item for Multi-Point Inspection and then a series of entries listing work that needs to be done. I didn't see anything about brake pads, so I emailed the shop to ask about them. I figured I might get a response the next day. I had one in less than an hour. The shop manager apologized for not going over the inspection with me, explained the recommended repair items in order of priority, and then made it a point to assure me I'd get better communication on my next visit. I purchased a Groupon for a synthetic oil and filter change which included a multi-point inspection. I called the next day to make the appointment. They were very accommodating and I was able to get an appointment the next day. I arrived a few minutes early and they took my car right away. My car takes a little over 7 quarts of oil but the Groupon only covered up to 5. The service advisor was very attentive at making me aware of that and provided quick and accurate pricing for the additional costs. At the end, I didn't even need to show my Groupon as they were able to look it up in their system. Airpark's Groupon also covered all of those additional small costs (shop fees, disposal fees...etc) that some other repair shops make you pay for at the end. Bottom line.........Great Service and Great Value for the price. Full Synthetic Oil and Filter change for $69 (Groupon $40, extra oil $29). Dealer wants to charge $179 for same services! Needed an oil change so shopped around for deals. I found this Airpark Auto Pros. They had the best pricing on Groupon and decided to give it a try. Boy was I glad I did. Free wifi. Leather couch seating area with free streaming cable, Netflix and a customer remote to control it all...bwahaha! Did I mention it's a pleasant waiting area? Free Keurig coffee/tea. A cooler with free canned soda, filtered water, chips, cheetos, pretzels....felt like I was at home and could barely even hear the work being done too except when a door swung open off in the far corner! I NEVER leave reviews; good or bad, but this place crushed it. They were able to add a quick (and crazy cheap) tire rotation onto my scheduled work on the spot, and emailed me a picture based breakdown of my cars mechanical statuses with recommendations. This is by far the most professional, cleanest, friendliest, hospitable, efficient mechanic I've ever been to. The reception area was very clean, professional, welcoming, more like an executive office than a mechanic. The bathroom was clean. They had hot and cold beverages and snacks available, an internet cafe, and a cozy waiting area. The office assistance greeted me, was super friendly, engaged in conversation, very professional, knowledgeable, kind. He even went and asked the mechanic about who sang a song that was playing because I asked if he knew. Above and beyond. They took my car in right away (lots of places I have to wait even when I have an appointment), and finished servicing my car quickly, but not too quickly. :) Definitely recommend! Came in for my appointment for maintenance and asked for recommendations for future work needed. Manager Nelson generously offered to call me an Uber back to work but I opted to stick around and do my work in their lobby (very clean, comfortable and quiet) which was stocked with cold beverages, wi-fi, snacks and even Netflix! The estimates were presented quickly, I opted for the oil change, filter cleaning and new wiper blades and they were not pushy about getting any other work done. The work was completed in no time and they returned my car to me in much better shape than when I turned it over to them (they surprised me by washing it too)! Top Notch service! After providing the information that Airpark Auto Pros requested, they presented an estimate for the work I requested--an Invoice with the amount it would cost. Even though the amount was a bit higher than others, I was impressed at their professionalism from the start. Reviews were very good. When the date was picked for the work, I was given a specific time. I didn't think too much about it because at other places, time of appointment did mean that the work would begin at that time. At Airpark Auto Pros, it did. And when I asked if the work could be by a specific time, I was assured that it would be. And, the work was done earlier than the time I requested. Airpark Auto Pros did a great job repairing my car. I had a bad inside water leak -- and electronics damage -- due to a convertible roof leak, requiring new seals, replacement of some electronics, various other repairs, and new carpet. Airpark worked with my insurance company seamlessly, ordered and installed new carpet, did all the repairs, and even had the car detailed! I just got it back, and my 2014 car looks like a NEW car inside and is running perfectly! So, I actually went to Airpark Auto Pros twice in one week. I got my brakes done and got the brake system flushed. It was a great experience. They sent text reminders for the appointment, sent me a text when the vehicle was finished, and sent a link to a diagnostic picture of the health of my vehicle. The staff was very friendly and professional . They followed all CDC social distancing guidelines and kept things as contact free as possible.
