I can't say enough about the extra steps the staff took to make sure my health and safety were top priority. I called from the parking lot and answered screening questions. Then they took my temperature before I entered the main lobby. Once inside, I saw that the exam rooms were wiped down and disinfected after every patient. Then they dilated my eyes and THEN did a vision field test. There was no need to dilate my eyes for this exam. It was to check for glaucoma. So they charged me twice for this testing. Then they charged me OUTPATIENT HOSPITAL fees. I have seen an opthamologist for years and NEVER was I charged these kind of rates. FRAUD again. I have called over 9 times trying to get these charges reversed and no one can do it. I usually come away with a bill for $200 they charged me. over $1100 for this visit and I have to pay $750. And they set the minimum you can pay. There is no negotiation. I will not return and I doubt I will pay this bill. FRAUD. This is absurd!

Both times, we've simply walked in with no appointment. We were serviced immediately and the only customers. They carried an impressive array of different frames and brands for such a small shop. After a quick fittings, I've been able to pay with the entire ordeal taking less than 15 minutes, which is a great timeline when you have a fussy infant. Both associates were great with my child and helped make the experience as comfortable and fun as possible for him.

They deal with a range of family issues -- single parent families, divorce, children who are deaf, women who are pregnant, children with learning disabilities. Unfortunately, it might be hard to be paired up with a therapist you click with who also takes your health insurance.
