Management showed total disrespect to this disabled veteran. He canceled my account on the spot. After complaining to customer service, he came back with an email full of lies. I requested a refund and they refused. Not a customer friendly establishment and thankfully there are other car wash in the area. read more

I purchased the highest package during their promotional period and specifical asked what the price would be going forward and was told that it would remain $20 for as long as I have the contract. It remained $20 for the first 3 months and this month they charged my account the full price of $37.99. Be careful that you know the exact contract and do not trust their employees to know what they are offering. read more

Great car wash! Very friendly people, the line is long but typically moves fast. Their $20/month for 3 month unlimited pass is a great deal too. The vacuums don't always work very well, but there are typically one or two that have high-suction. And the vacuums are free, so can't beat that. read more

Been with them for years. Never have i seen such a poorly washed car. Dirt still all over the back and sides. 3 brushed didn't even touch my car or spun. The top wheel didn't even come down and all they did was spray the glass and scrub it. The sprayers didn't even spray. They just jetted a line of dirt off. my vehicle was completely muddy courtesy of living on a camp road. I went through the wash once and it was not completely clean to my satisfaction. Been going here for 8 years when it was Fast Eddie's carwash. This place has gone downhill since the new owner. The dryer sucks! You have to wipe your car down with microfiber cloth every-time unless you want a ton of water spots on your car. For the past 2 months there is only ONE vacuum out of all of them that actually works. They claim they are waiting on motors. Sorry doesn't take 2 months. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I own a 2016 Ford Fusion and have used this car wash for over a year now with absolutely no problems. In fact when my daughter and I get bored she insists we go through the car wash so she can watch the lights and soap! Its like an amusement park ride to her! My car has always come out shining prettier than a new penny. The clear coat is nice and dry, we pop out the side mirrors and we're on our way. The attendants are hard-workers who are knowledgeable and they go as fast as they can. This does back up especially during the Sping/mud season. I love the free vac coin that comes with every wash! read more

My poor car hadn't been washed since.... I won't admit how long I fully expected to have some leftover yuck after the car wash because it was pretty dirty. So I was really surprised to see that the car wash not only got all the grime off, but also left it sparkling like new. I'll definitely be back for more car baths. Maybe I'll even subscribe to the unlimited pass so I don't have any excuse to let my car get that dirty again lol The free vacuum token came in handy too! read more

Been trying to cancel my carwash, have called for 2 weeks. Nobody will call back or answer the phone. Yes. They did charge me again when I've been leaving messages to cancel. ....also they dont charge you on the agreement date, just whenever they want. ..and the amount is not what you agreed to, its more. Wash staff was very rude and is supposed to guide you onto the rails and the guy didn't really care to and then I didn't get on the rail properly and the guy yelled at me at the top of his lungs when it's his entire job to do that and it was an easy fix anyway. Also ordered a underbody wash to remove dirt but didn't get that even though I paid more for it because they cram as many vehicles in as quick as possible and I got someone else's order. First time I went there staff was nice, howeveri didn't pay attention to their actual wash service, so I returned and watched as they initially rinsed my car down with a dirty brush using a bucket of nearly black dirty water. After I was suspicious of how it came out, found micro scratches all over the hood that wherent previously there and a thin layer of dirt still remained, I've only had the car for 2 weeks with 15k miles so it was fairly clean already yet after their service I probably won't go back. If you have a black paint job I wouldn't suggest going here otherwise the pricing isn't bad for a very basic wash, I went with the mid priced washed which was suggested as their "best deal". Older cars pushing 80k+ miles might be OK for this place would not bring in newer vehicles for a wash here. read more

I went to get my truck washed and they refused to let me due to a homemade rack system (wood). They claimed it would tear up their machines. The truck with rack was below their maximum height and has a smooth solid construction. I have seen rusted vehicles with jagged metal go through but my newish vehicle could not go through even after I paid for my wash. They also refused to refund my money saying it wasn't their fault. read more

I had never went through the fast eddie's car wash in Augusta, Maine. And everyone has been raving about it so figured I'd try it. My car was still dirty when it came out. It messed up my front license place and scratched the crap out of my car. Guy said that we would need to fill out a complaint. We did a complaint and the owner was suppose to call me and he hasn't as of today. The manager on duty said that there was no way it would do that and they got new rollers and they are gonna put them on soon. I was not thrilled when my boyfriend came back with my car and said that the manager said they could do nothing about it and that the owner would call me. read more

Update I found out the week before the damage on my truck happened it happened to another older gentleman on his car he also complained, and got the same response as I did. Since posting the first review I was offered $200.00 to take down my review and change it to a 4 or 5 star I declined to do so. This owner wont give me his insurance information nor will he answer the phone for or call back my Insurance Company. I will keep posting updates as they occur. read more

Great car wash! Generous with the soap, well rinsed, no problems. Only complaint is that the attendants shouldn't have to spend so much time taking the snow and ice off of people's cars. If it doesn't come off in the car wash, oh well. Line was backing up and the attendants were getting visibly frustrated with the time they were spending on removing the ice and snow that people are too lazy to do themselves. A car wash isn't for removing it. My car came out great - no problems. Saved the free vacuum token for another day. read more
