I went through the wash, first thing I noticed the price was higher, second thing was they took the tip jar down. The third thing was they used to have two people scrubbing the hard to get places. Now they have one. The fourth thing was a person wiping the car down at the end, now there was no one. At the end when I got home it looked like it was half washed. Today I took the car back and showed the attendant of the poor wash job. He agreed it was a poor job, he couldn't get a hold of his boss so he said he couldn't make the decision to wash it again, and sent me on my merry way... So you think I'm going Tobe back.. I spilled some cooking oil in the bed of my truck. I rinsed it out but it still had some residue on it. I started to pull forward and then heard banging on my truck. There was a guy inspecting the bed of my truck. He very rudely approached my window and started yelling at me that I would get his car wash dirty. That in order to go through the car wash, I would have to WASH my truck. Ummm, what's the point then? He attitude was the absolute worst. Every other employee that I have encountered there has been friendly, but this guy was a complete a hat. read more

So the car gets clean. by all means take your car there but do NOT sign up for the monthly deal. I moved from Wasilla back in August-- have called monthly to have them cancel my $30/ month. Very hard to get a real person on the phone and when you do they assure you that they are on it. but then another month another debit. They have debited $210 since they told me it was fixed. We had my daughters truck detailed here today and it was a big job! Lots of dog hair and every little nook was in need of being cleaned. They had a very comfortable area where I waited. Omg this place is the best! This was my first car wash here. The employees were so nice. Literally smiling and waving.. and they gave out suckers. Just say'n. I'm convinced I got a better car wash since they hand sprayed and scrubbed. They also have the "old school" fabric car wash. So good! read more
