So over priced, and didn't even wash my car well! The outside looks horrible and I didn't get the basic wash. Does provide towels and vacuums but the air blast are not working. And there's no sprays or anything to wipe my interior. Worst car wash I've ever been to. read more

Had a subscription for unlimited car washes at 49.99 per month. for my Ford F350. Was told at the first location in Wasilla by the Home Depot that they would not allow my truck to go through due to a permanent mount fifth wheel hitch although covered, have been allowed to go through several times previously with the hitch in the bed. While going through the wash it was noted that the brushes of the wash do not even touch the hitch. Go to second Sudzy Salmon location (formally Splash and Dash) and told me I had to get a cover for the hitch (added expense) which I did. They would allow the truck to go through the wash. At both locations there were no written policies regarding the fifth wheel hitches after I requested them. Contacted the corporate phone number twice registering complaints, who advised that they have no policies regarding fifth wheel hitches however just let the managers at each location decide what to let go through their wash. Was told that my complaint would be forwarded to management for further action, if any. To date I have not heard anything from anyone at Sudzy Salmon. My subscription has since been cancelled by myself for lack of service. read more

Beware of "offer of $49.99 limitless car washes for a month". Husband used credit card for car washes in January. Went once. Billed $49.99 Jan, Feb, March. Called their office to question charge; no answer. Left msg for mgr to call us back. Meanwhile our credit card was compromised ane we cancelled credit card. Called Sudsy Salmon again with request for call back. Received new credit card 10 days later. 14 days later Sudsy Salmon called us back & we told them to cancel the "offer" they were charging us every month. Too late, charged again in April. In May, called mgr again & she said she would credit our CANCELLED card. That does NO good. You don't get your money back. Talking to 2 other couples, their credit cards were "compromised" using Sudsy Salmon & had to get new credit cards in the same timeframe ours was. Do Not patronize this establishment! read more

Hope you have time for a re-wash. The company policy is to do a poor job quickly(30-40 seconds prep) and assume most people don't have time for a rewash. They don't wash the front, and rush the back, don't wash running boards or fender flares. Normally nobody waiting behind you and they still do a poor "30 second prep" to get you through.
