Ruth at Speedy Glass was so helpful when we had an emergency situation in Wasilla! She/They allowed us to quickly continue on our journey/excursion by fixing our accident in a timely manner. Ruth even cleaned all of the glass that had been damaged and come inside our vehicle without charging us for it. read more

They had quality fast service, and I would be glad to do more business with them. I had an appointment at 11:30 am, and they said the part wouldn't come in until around 1:00 PM and it would take another 3 to 4 hours for it to be finished, but it was repaired and done by 12:45 am. I am grateful for their customer service, we need more places like this. read more

Awful! Terrible customer service, inexperienced installers, and an unprofessional a-hole of a manager! First windshield was installed without a gasket, and to top it off the manager treated me like I was insane...asking me "what's the problem? & I don't see anything wrong". I literally had to go to the dealer, in anchorage, & get a copy of the schematics to "prove" what was blatantly obvious. I also took pictures of my same car, year, make & model...contacted my insurance carrier, emailed my "proof", & only after they contacted Speedy was the manager willing to replace windshield. I must mention how hostile & angry he was, making the situation that much more uncomfortable. Second install & gasket was put in upside down, had to go through insurance company again to "force" the manager to acknowledge that it was done incorrectly. I requested the work be done by a different glass replacement company, Gator Glass, and Voila! Done right the first time...crazy.... Moral: avoid Speedy Auto Glass! read more

I have been to this location a couple of times over the last few years and bot times I have received excellent service. This last time was just yesterday and I dropped my vehicle off without an appointment and got it back with in 2 hours. There price is exactly what they had quoted me on the phone a few days prior when I had called around. After I paid for service we discussed the difference between oem glass and the challenges of different glass jobs which helped open my eyes to this service industry. I'm thankful for the knowledgeable and helpful staff. read more

Best prices I could find for custom 1/4" mirrors with J molding to hang them on. They took a while to get them cut, drove all the way out there and they weren't done yet. But was able to talk with the man in charge and they delived and installed them to my yoga studio for free. Super awesome bonus for their delay. Go with them they were helpful. The front desk ladies need better customer services skills and communication with customers and the shop guys, but other than that; no problems. read more

Terrible work, got my truck back with black caulking all over my new trucks roof inside, back window wasn't installed correctly stuck a 1/4 inch out on one side wasn't lined up correctly. Dropped it off in the morning and went to pick it up at night and seen what they did to my truck and left it there. Then when I called them back in the morning they tried to blame me and said I pushed the window out,and they put an after market window in and charged me for an OEM. Very poor customer service, very poor craftsmanship. DO NOT GO THERE YOU WON'T BE HAPPY. Took it to ace and did an excellent job, and did it cheaper with an OEM window. read more

Wasn't impressed with there service. They charged way to much to fix a 15x15 boat window plus extra charges like disposal fee, shop fee, & charged 4 hours to install.I would never take anything there again! WHAT A RIP OFF!!! read more
