I hired this technician to replace the hard drive in my grandparents' computer. He also said it…read moreneeded a new fan due to noise, which we agreed to. He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.

My law firm used Kevin to replace a fried keyboard for my ultrabook. The keyboard would just type…read morefunky stuff on its own and rendered the laptop unusable. Kevin drove to us the same day we called. He came twice, once for a diagnostic type visit and then again to actually replace the necessary part a few days later. But what pleased us the most was that during the first visit, rather than just take off with my laptop and say he'll return it in 5-7 days (like other repair shops), he actually sat in my office, took apart the laptop and offered a temporary FIX so that I could continue using the laptop while waiting for the new keyboard to be delivered. I was back in business! He detached the cable that connected to the keyboard and this allowed me to use my external keyboard in the mean time. He found a new keyboard online for the cheapest price he could and ordered it right in front of me. When the new part arrived a few days later, he drove back to my office to swap out the old keyboard for the new one. Once again, he sat in my office and did everything right in front of me. Kevin was very courteous and had the respect to try and assist with my business's continuity. Reasonable rates too! Will call again, if need be.
