They let me use the bathroom when I thought I might die if they didn't lol. So A++ lol Also, they diagnosed my laptop, transferred all of my info over, and recycled my laptop for me. I guess a fried internal mother board with signs of water damage isn't really cheap to fix. (Kids are no longer allowed to use my laptop without supervision, and are not allowed to have drinks near it. Lid or not. It's a no. They funny thing is, I remember at one point my keys got sticky.... and I asked who spilled what on my laptop....?! And wouldn't you know it.... nobody knew lol. Yay kids! Thanks AWT. I am a homeowner, and he came to my house, where…read moreI have dataports prewired, and was able to centralize my internet access, activating all of the ports I wanted, and improving my wireless signal throughout my house. I now have plug in internet ports in each room I want. He offered to significantly improve my wireless speed as well, but with the ports, I felt it was not necessary at present. As a second job, I had him upgrade a very slow older laptop by swapping out the old hard drive for a new solid state hard drive. Screaming fast for less than half the cost of a moderate laptop. He even gave my back my old drive, now wired to act as an extra, external hard drive. I found Clay to be pleasant, competent and professional and highly recommend him. If I have other computer work to be done, I know where to go.
