Total Reclaim, Inc. accepts all sorts of stuff (computers, home and office electronics, TVs, stereo gear, even some appliances, you name it!) and it all gets 'reclaimed' so none of it ends up in any landfills. Then he gets in my face again outside after I had informed him I was disabled and tells me he can always tell me to leave for my attitude. Once I get inside he yells at me again telling me they only refund up to 35 dollars when I only had a bit over 10 dollars in returns. Finally when I asked him for help in the refund process getting my cash he barks at me and treats me as if I am a complete idiot.

Before my roommates and I would stuff the trash so full we could barely close it because none of us wanted to take the trash down the stairs and then fight for space in the full dumpster. My neighbors never flattened their cardboard boxes down so the recycling was a nightmare every week. Now with the rules ZipEco has in place they have to flatten the boxes and recycle correctly if they want it to be taken! ZipEco was the best idea my management has ever had, I appreciate this company so much, they make the worst part of housework way easier for me.
