Rented a large dumpster for $399 to clean out my mom's house in Commerce, GA. Was charged shipping on top of that of $42. We filled it up and needed it dumped and returned. Was then charged another $399 plus $42 shipping. When I called to ask about why, I was told by one employee that was a mistake and it should not have been that much. Then was told by another, nope, that's how much it is. So apparently if you need it emptied, it's just like you are renting it again. We did not extend the time or anything. If that information was buried somewhere in the website, I never saw it. I was never informed of this when asking to have it emptied. Apparently even their employees don't know this either. Have failed numerous times to pick up either garbage, recycling or both. Calling WatePro was a waste, as promises to pickup were readily offered but usually not honored. read more

Garbage, garbage company (pun intended). They aren't bothered by skipping your pick-ups with zero notice, they are rude on the phone, and they will charge you for missed pick ups without a second thought. When you catch this issue, you will spend a lot of time on hold being tossed around until someone feels like refunding you, if you are lucky enough to get a refund. They certainly will not offer to refund money they took without providing the service you are paying for, until you go out of your way to make them notice their error. Funnily enough, their bills are always on time and they don't hesitate to collect their due. So I guess their accounting department is at least competent. Overall, I have been pleased with Waste Pro. I was concerned when they took over from F4, but my concerns were for the most part unwarranted. There is more variability on what time they come on my designated day (especially on the recycling), but they haven't missed any pickups. They never leave miscellaneous debris that might have fallen out of the bin at the curb, so they are definitely checking their work. And their rates are reasonable. read more

Waste Pro recently bought out F4 Sanitation. As a former F4 customer, I wasn't exactly exited. F4 was very reliable. Waste Pro forgot us three weeks in a row! This was even after calling and correcting the wrong address they had us listed under AND calling three times per week to tell them we'd been forgotten. I called two weeks ago wanting our service cancelled because of this and their trash bin is STILL sitting in my driveway. read more

Waste Pro has been the worst. Their policy is to pay 3 months in advance, which I did. The entire month of May my trash was completely forgotten. I called multiple times and always received excuses. Continuing into June I would have to call and remind them to pick up my trash every week when they would look over both mine and my neighbor's trash. When I received a recycling bin that started a whole new level of hell...either they picked up the trash OR they picked up the recycling, never both even though they are BOTH supposed to be picked up EVERY Thursday. When I called to talk to a manager requesting that either July's trash be free or that I be reimbursed for the "service" I paid for which was not completed I was completely ignored. When I pay for someone to do a job they need to do it and do it well. F4 Sanitation was amazing, this company literally went to the dump when Waste Pro took it over. read more
