I wanted it smaller ! I don't know what happened with that resizing mistake. I was so excited to pick it up , only to find this ring had to be in his possession another week for new resizing . He didn't offer an explanation, but he also didn't charge me extra for the "do- over". Despite this incident I will continue to be a customer

Jack was professional, very friendly, and informative. He gave me a jar of their pearl cleaner. Gave. He has a wonderful personality. This jeweler has several collectables, too. Porcelain dolls, trains, etc. and also importantly, coins. They have a numismatist Tuesdays through Saturdays and do appraisals with offer to buy. I find this jeweler to be very helpful and friendly. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. So I managed to bang up my platinum band pretty bad and break the diamond. They handled my diamond with care and were able to make my ring as good as new again. I'm not sure how they did it but it looks better now than when I originally received it! They now have a lifetime customer.
