Watch City Pharmacy is very nice and the people they are wonderful. The only problem I've had is they don't tell you that their medical equipment is not returnable if there's a problem. I am now stuck with a very expensive walker that I can't use and no one ever told me that I wouldn't be able to do anything. If this problem came up it was just bought two weeks ago. Highly recommend this locally owned pharmacy! I'm SO glad I left CVS to become a customer here. I left a local CVS that I had been going to for years. I used to have to wait 25 minutes in line on a regular basis, and sometimes the prescriptions weren't even ready girl even if we got texts saying they were ready. Calling CVS on the phone was an exercise in frustration. Sometimes I used to joke that they should give out something to relax customers since they were stressing them out so much by making them wait. I just want to mention I know they were short staffed, and I have some compassion for that often. Their phones were just rang and rang for 25 minutes. You would be waiting in line and just see that they never answered their phones, so being shortstaffed is one thing, but one of the pharmacist was rude on a regular basis, and made a mistake that caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. Versus--The customer service at WCP is night and day compared to CVS. They also do local deliveries on the house. It's a clean well lit place. It's not like a huge Walgreens or CVS. This is a smaller local place that could be your cheers ( in the arena a pharmacies:) Here you'll be welcomed by name. When I had Covid Narik even called me to see how I was! You're not going to get that kind of service at a corporate pharmacy! read more

As many have done here in Waltham, we have switched from CVS to Watch City Pharmacy. They are less expensive, conveniently located, and made the transfer of our prescriptions very easy. They are customer friendly and Narik is a top shelf pharmacist offering great service and knowedgibe about our concerns. read more

Not only with you be pleased with the friendly countenance of the Pharmacy Manager Narik Zadikian but you can get your prescriptions filled immediately while you wait or you can have them delivered for free. It is easy to instantly transfer your prescriptions from other pharmacies instantly. I just did this yesterday and everything was handled perfectly and quickly. Highly recommended. I waited for a half hour at a crowded Walgreens for a booster shot appointment and would have waited longer. If I could give ZERO stars I would. been going to watch city since it opened and have never had a problem until I ran into Thu! no customer service skills whatsoever!! Talking over me ( the customer) and ignoring my questions. Very unprofessional on a few different visits. Asked for a couple of pills that I have been on for years while waiting for insurance to clear and she refused me saying they are too expensive!! I have never had this happen at any other pharmacy!! eileen and others always so helpful. she also requested I put my mask on because it was mandated, so I did. I ran to my car to grab payment and came back to her wearing No mask and her response was that she was eating lunch! She should not be eating lunch in front of customers!! terrible, terrible service!! Stay far away from this place !! BRING BACK ZANY!!! Place has not been the same !! get rid of Thu or you WILL lose business!! having all our scripts moved out ASAP!! we will let others know as well! read more

When this pharmacy first opened the service, Tech, and Pharmacist were all outstanding. Now with new employee's and a new pharmacist the customer service has gone downhill. The gentleman thats the new pharmacist is incompetent at best. read more

Easy to get in touch with, helpful, kind, and fill prescriptions quickly. The place looks a little empty, but every time I've tried to find something, they have it (nighttime moisturizer, chapstick, etc). Highly recommend compared to other chain pharmacies in the area. read more

I dealt with Eileen, she was excellent in going through my 1st time order with me for my parents. She created their individual dose packets for all their prescriptions & over the counter daily medicines. I give my parents all their medications 3 times throughout the day. This will make life so much easier with no more filling up pill boxes for an hour every week, no more mistakes taking the wrong dose at the wrong time & even missing doses. I'm so impressed with Eileen & the service that right when I hung up the phone with her, I called my pharmacy & moved all my prescriptions over to Watch City Pharmacy in Waltham, MA & I'm having them prepare individual dose packets for me also. Best service!! Just got new insurance and was quoted $1,200 at CVS for one of my medications. I "price shopped" around (which, btw, it's absurd that that's even a thing for healthcare but I digress) and the woman at Watch City (I think her name was Elissa? Alyssa?) was SO nice and figured out that if I got the non-extended release version, I could get it for $15!!! She even called my doctor for me to get their confirmation and it was filled and ready in less than 24 hours. Efficient, friendly, and thoughtful. She went out of her way to help me with this. They offer free delivery too. Couldn't have had a better experience with a pharmacy. Never going back to CVS/Walgreens etc. THANK YOU! read more
