Okay so my review is solely based on my experience. If you are not doing a low carb or keto diet, then this review is not for you. I was so excited to get this place on the East side. So we went in and I am doing low carb so I seen it said sugar free. I was so excited. Until I found out that "sugar free" means ONLY plain shaved ice, no syrups or anything. I cannot understand in this day and age so many people watching their sugar and carbs that they don't use any sugar free syrups. They can get them at Smart and Finale, they have TONS. Went in for my birthday on a hot day. The drinks were good but the service they could be a little more inviting the 3 guys huddling around the blender was a little too cringy for me. We come here all the time, the staff is always friendly and we're never disappointed. The prices are fair and the portions are good. We always get the large shaved ice, don't have a favorite as they're all really good. They always have new flavors posted on the wall, I try to get the new ones everytime we come in. It's so nice to get shaved ice all year long and not have to wait for the fair. Especially in this heat it's nice to have this place here in town. Definitely a hidden gem! read more

Favorite dessert by far is shaved ice with ice cream. The combination is amazing but it's hard to find shaved iced shops, but this one is amazing. They make boba drinks as well. I love how late this shop stays open till, cause I always get dessert cravings late at night. This place has so many flavors, my favorite is pina colada with vanilla ice cream. It's delicious. And we also tried the coffee boba as well and it was so yummy. Didn't taste too much like coffee which I loved. We got mediums on both and finished it all. It was delicious!!! The service is very friendly. I believe it's family owned by this Nice older couple, they were working the night shift when I came so I just assumed. But anyways, service was exceptional and it felt very homey. On our road trips to Cali, we'll definitely stop by here often. Highly recommend this place to others. read more

This is one of our favorite spots to go to for an afternoon snack. My girls really love the shaved ice, they're toddlers so they get the smaller size and it's more than enough for them. They have a large variety of flavors, so there's an option for everyone. I normally get something that's sour and my girls get something that on the sweeter side. We all walk out happy! I stop by for a treat after we came back from the memorial services of Katrina Barragan. I'm a domestic abuse survivor and I was feeling down about the situation I escaped from and the father of my child suggested we go for a walk.,I needed fresh air. We have walked many times through this shop and never been in until now. Here is what our experienced went..... I got the mango and coconut shaved ice. It was so delicious. Not too sweet and the flavors blend in perfect. I got the small but it was enough for that perfect summer treat. I can't wait to try the other flavors. My daughter wanted something pink the young lady suggested lemonade. We went ahead and got it for her. She loved it and did not want to share. LOL He got the strawberry smoothie because he is not a fan of shaved ice. He said it was very delicious and wanted to try my mango and coconut. He was very impressed that he liked it and may consider giving it a try next time we stop by here again. Customer service was awesome. The young lady gave us enough time to order, she was very friendly and the young guy as well. Our total came to $10.00 and some change. She helped me carry our treats to our table. The place has enough choices for everyone even the picky ones. The place is small but enough tables and chairs for customers. The floors and bottom of the tables did need a good cleaning. Over all the place is cute and nice peaceful ice cream shop to enjoy on a hot day. I give them 5 stars for the treats, 5 stars for the great customer service, and minus 1 star for the floors and the bottom of the tables. read more

Cool little shop that happens to be on the corner of 30th and Rancho vista. It's a nice treat, not sure what other people are talking about. You get the Hawaiian shaved ice- a very fine ice, not like a snowcone. Under it they throw a scoop of ice cream, which so far al have been tasty. I really like this place. In the summer when I want something cool and sweet I prefer it to be light compared to heavy ice cream. And what could be lighter than sweetened ice? My favorite is strawberry but I like having multiple red flavors(strawberry,cherry, watermelon) and adding caramel or condensed milk on top gives it an added touch of deliciousness. I want to try other flavors and creations but its hard when everything is so good I don't want to leave my original flavor. The owner definitely makes them the best and I have had to ask them to add more juice when half way through there is just white ice, but they are happy to do so. I would definitely recommend this place as one of my favorite cool dessert places in the AV. read more

I love that I can grab a boba after grocery shopping instead of driving across town to their west Palmdale location. I've been here at least once a week after they opened recently. All the employees are friendly, fast, and the lobby is kept clean. My favorites are the taro smoothie and the lavender milk tea. And the popping pearls are good addition to any drink! read more

First of all they have a huge sign promoting their "TASTY THAI TEA" and it is absolute sugar water, like you're drinking coffee creamer ( I don't think there was any remnant of tea ) and as I went back to ask if I could get an exchange I was told "okay would you like a refund or exchange?"I said "an exchange if possible" and they said "we don't do that" ??????? Both the young man and woman here were terrible with customer service.
