My husband requested we pay half and the other half when the job was completed. Mike said they could NOT do this as they could loose their license! The electrical inspector came out and the electrical FAILED the inspection in addition, several things we were charged for were NEVER done. When we've contacted Mike he's promised to come out and never shows up - Its been a year now and Mike has blocked me and the office won't take my calls. i've left messages that I thought we'd been very patient. Unfortunately, every year there were constant issues with my lights. There is only about 40 days that you really have the lights on and my lights were out more times than on. The first year was constant issues and they came out at least 6 times cause the lights did not work. Everyone including the owner was super nice and it was during covid so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second year , they did a great job installing the lights but again, it was constant issues of the lights being out and several service calls again. This past year (2022) , every time it rained, the lights were out for 2-3 days. The plugs seem to be getting water in them when it rained and when my sprinkler ran. Again, I had to call several times for service calls and the lights were not working more days than they were working. I spent about $6,000 over the three years and it just wasn't worth the hassle. I really wish the owner would have stood behind the product and their work. I rarely have to write a bad review and I really tried to work with this company. When the lighting was working, it was beautiful. But again, they were broken and not working the majority of the time frame so I finally decided to Look for another company.
