Lee our installer phoned an hour before he arrived to let us know he was on the way. Lee and his young apprentice did a very good and professional job including inlet shut off valve, leak detection valve, new hoses and soldering of fittings and earthquake bracing.. They hauled away the old heater and cleaned up any installation debris. It only took a couple hours.They were very polite and answered all of our questions. I missed the call from Nicole while in the shower, but she followed up by a text to make sure I knew Jonathan would be here within 35 minutes. I love this attention to customer service. Jonathan showed up as scheduled and took a look at my water heater and assessed what my issue was which was low water pressure at the kitchen faucet and he informed me that I did not need a new water heater, which was a big relief. Jonathan is the one that helped me with my hose bib and just as last time he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the issue as likely some buildup in the line at the kitchen faucet. He was able to back-flush the line and found a small chunk of rust from my lovely steel pipes. It had gotten stuck and caused sediment buildup. Water pressure restored, no water heater replacement needed (phew) and I am back in business! I love their cost structure because it's not by the hour.
